This study used PCR-SSCP and DNA sequencing technology combined with the method of Yanbian cattle and Red Angus×Simmental (Angus), German cattle×Simmental (Germany yellow), Limousin×Simmental (Limousin), Charolais×Simmental (Charolais) four crossbred cattle population PPARG gene exons and part of intron SNP detection, analysis PPARG gene genetic characteristics, in order to find and Yanbian cattle meat quality traits associated SNPs loci, and to analyze the relevance of the following results:1.One mutations sites were found at the intron1of PPARG gene, which was g.26106A'G; One mutations sites were found at the exon2of PPARG gene, which was g.26760T'C; One mutations sites were found at the exon3of PPARG gene, which was g.28735T'C; two mutations sites were found at the exon5of PPARG gene, which was g.42945A'G, g.43043T'A; two mutations sites were found at the exon6of PPARG gene, which was g.54266A'G, g.54359T'A.2. Analyse the genetic variation at the intron1、exon3、exon5and exon6that had polymorphisms and population genetic parameters of each polymorphic loci such as allele frequencies, genotype frequencies, polymorphism information content, effective number of allele and expected heterozygosity in the population.. Analysis showed that four polymorphic loci are in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. intron1polymorphic loci polymorphic information content Yanbian cattle and Angus, Germany, yellow, three Limousin crossbred cattle population (PIC) are in moderate polymorphism, polymorphism Charolais cattle population information content (PIC) in low polymorphism; in exon3, exon5and exon6of polymorphic loci in three polymorphic information content Yanbian cattle and four crossbred cattle population (PIC) are in the moderate and more state.3. General Linear Model was used to analyse the association of PPARG gene polymorphism with Yanbian cattle meat traits. Intron1polymorphic loci in the TT genotype in reducing losses and improving beef cooking have some positive effect (P <0.05) on arachidonic acid content; CT genotype in improving the histidine content has some positive effects (P<0.01). exon3polymorphic sites in the CC genotype to improve threonine, glutamic acid and aspartic acid content have some positive effect (P<0.01). exon5polymorphic loci GG genotype to improve oleic acid, linoleic acid, stearic acid, α-linolenic acid, palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, myristic acid and arginine have a positive effect (P<0.01). exon6polymorphic loci TT genotype on shear force and arachidonic acid content has some negative effect (P<0.05), to improve the protein content have some positive effect (P<0.01).
