No-till planter is a major agricultural conservation tillage machinery application. Because of no tillage planter is work on without tillage or a small amount of land. This complex working environment has brought some problems to the working process of the no tillage planter. For example, corn stubble seeder developed lead resistance, covering such as appear stones and other obstacles will cause seeding machine suddenly overload. Line spacing cannot be adjacent, etc. In this paper, the principle and requirements of understanding of conservation tillage technology, in view of the above problems, the virtual prototype design marker on2BM-5type no tillage planter and the traction frame and some parts were analyzed, with great practical significance.Based on the analysis of the working principle of2BM-5type no tillage planter By paddle working principle of the finite element model of planning a three-dimensional shows that the maximum printed disc stress is823.78Pa, within the allowable stress range; according to the paddle’s work requirements, designed a (?)35mm piston rod, cylinder inner diameter of the cylinder is (?)50mm. through ANSYS finite element analysis software Analysis shows that the design in full compliance with the requirements. Through the three-dimensional finite element model of the traction frame analysis, the maximum stress of traction frame is144.2MPa, to meet the requirement of allowable stress.5mm thickness strengthening pipe wall also meet the requirements, this way reducing the traction frame weight and cost savings.Through the study, the type of marker and a traction frame can satisfy the use requirement, using the virtual prototype technology to improve the mechanical structure, verify the force characters, and provide a theoretical basis for the production and test in the future. |
