This experiment used51Inbred Maize materials a wealth of genetic information, selection of maize inbred lines and2genes related to drought tolerance (DBP3and NAC1), In3different environment through drought stress detected by phenotypic data, analyzes the correlation between the gene polymorphismanalysis and drought tolerance related traits, the results are as follows:1. Through the2012TMC,2012HT and2013HT two years three points on51maize inbred lines were evaluated for drought resistance identification, analysis of plant height, ear height, tassel length, leaf curling, leaf stay greendegree, male and female blossom interval ASI, ear length, ear diameter, bald,number, kernels per row,100seed weight and yield per plant of13phenotypic traits, Through the regression analysis showed that, the5traits of plant height, ear height, ASI value and relative value of100seed weight and drought resistance coefficient can be used as a morphological index evaluation of drought tolerance of Maize Inbred Lines. Adopting the system cluster method of51maize inbred lines were divided into3kinds, two years, three showed complete agreement of inbred line32, the drought resistant inbred line8(Shen137, H21,46,8415, ji842, ying64, H201, zao49), the drought tolerant inbred line15(K22, liao3053,3053,3189,8002, ji818, longkangll, dian11, zheng22, S7913, CA156,8902, Y75,zhongmiao28,7537-1), in weaker drought resistant inbred line9(E28, Dan340,200B, Dan3130,196,7884, M14, SH15, X178).2. The relative value of inbred lines of maize silking stage, WUE, Fv/Fm, Pn with PSII, SPAD can be used as the evaluation of Drought Resistance Physiological Index. The relative value of inbred lines of maize silking stage, SPAD, Fv/Fm, Pn, PSII in diameter was positively related with the drought resistance coefficient, andthe relative values of WUE and drought resistance coefficient was negatively related; Pn, WUE, SPAD relative value directly contribute to drought resistance coefficient, and Fv/Fm and the relative values of PSII from the indirect effectsof drought resistance coefficient. At the same time, the strong drought resistance, drought resistance, weak drought resistance of three maize inbred lines Pn, WUE, Fv/Fm silking stage,with PSII, the relative values of SPAD and drought resistance coefficientthreshold range.51maize inbred lines there are8strong drought resistance.(H201, H21, Ying64, Ji842, Early49, Ji8415, East46andShen137).3. In51maize inbred lines were detected in inbred lines containing the DBP3gene sequences of39copies, The DBP3gene sequence analysis showed that, DBP3gene were detected in16polymorphic loci, including10SNP,6Inde; through the correlation analysis found that site214and site596and drought tolerance related traits (PH, ASI, YPP) was ignificantly correlated(P<0.001), plant height with the exception of the2lociassociated with652highly significant correlation, except the ASI values and the2loci associated with site431,alsohighly significant correlation, yield per plant and site702highly significant correlation; exon1and exon2and the3sites were located in the DBP3gene of。4. NAC1gene polymorphism loci detected in36of maize inbred lines, nine SNP loci were detected and five Indel site; Through correlation analysis found sites102,447,629,735and447and the ASI value extremely significant correlation, sites316and583and hundred kernel weight extremely significant correlation,316,447,629,774and447significant yield and associated; Most of this site is located in the exon1and exon2, the only site583area is located in the introns.
