With the development of agricultural mechanization, crop sowing methods have evolved from the traditional to the modern precision sowing, sowing precision seeding technology as advanced technology, has become the development direction of modern agriculture. Which is precision seed planter most important part, is the key measure of the performance of the seed. In this paper, type2BQM-2air-suction precision seeder Filming for example, the use of Solidworks software seeder three-dimensional modeling, and with the gas suction chamber Fluent software and pipeline analysis and experimental study carried out finite element flow field.This paper focuses on the different degree of vacuum suction holes and row number of different kinds of disk rotational speed under different flow field distribution is analyzed, and the row Seeding performance tests. Pipeline flow of gas chambers finite element analysis showed that:different degree of vacuum suction holes formed in different areas of the airflow velocity field; the greater the vacuum, the greater the average speed of the entrance; the more holes negative pressure zone, the average speed of more entry small; elbow joints using90°elbows with minimal impact on the smooth circular pipe flow field. Seedmeter vacuum chamber pressure to optimize the range of-3~-5KPa, vacuum degree-3Kpa when the seed disk speed in the range of30~45r/min, better seed quality, a certain vacuum degree and a certain seed tray is the corresponding rotational speed; holes exhaust gas suction chamber negative pressure zone Seeding impact on quality is not very obvious. Orthogonal Test Results:When the vacuum degree-4KPa, seed disk speed of35m/s and the number of holes negative pressure zone is15, the optimal seeding the best quality, but also the type seeder work properly.
