The experiment studied on the breeding effect of phytase replace of monocalcium phosphate in the soybean meal diets of GIFT nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The experiment designed7groups of experimental diets, the experimental group1diets was made by fish meal as the main protein raw materials; the other6experimental diets were made with soybean meal as the main protein raw material,adding amount of0.1%phytase (the enzyme activity was2000U/g),adding2.5%,2%,1.5%,1%,0.5%and0%of monocalcium phosphatein diets,respectively. Each diet with3parallel,each parallel with20fish (1.9±0.1g),were reared in indoor cement pool cage,the experimental period was60days. The experimental results showed that7experimental groups offish had not significant difference in the survival rate(P>0.05), The effect of growth,feed efficiency,the calcium content and phosphorus content of whole fish,fish scales and vertebral bone,and the fecal phosphorus content of the fish meal diet group fish were significantly higher than the soybean meal group fish (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in specific growth rate,viscerasomatic indices,intestinalsomatic indices,condition factor and body approximation components of experimental group2,3,4(P>0.05); The calcium,phosphorus content of whole fish,fish scales and vertebral bone of experimental group2,3,4fish didn’t had significant difference (P>0.05), were higher than the fish of experimental group5,6,7(P<0.05) significantly.The experimental results show that the phytase in tilapia diets which of soybean meal as the main protein material can increase effective phosphorus of the diet,reduce40%monocalcium phosphate of diet.
