Isoetes is Isoetaceae (Isoetaceae) alone dependents, not only plays an important role inthe research and development of biological evolution and system, but also providesvaluable information for paleontology, ancient climate, geography and geology. Atpresent, the water pollution and water shortage has seriously affected the wild Isoetesspecies and quantity of plant and become one of the causes of the degradation of Isoetespopulations. Based on the successful artificial breed Isoetes sinensis, I. orientalis and I.yunguiensis and to obtain adequate test materials, Each of the three types of artificialwastewater and water deficit treatment, by influencing the determination of themembrane system, osmotic adjustment substances, protective enzyme system andphotosynthesis, Aims to study the three types of resistance of artificial wastewater andwater deficit stress, to reduce water pollution and drought and Isoetes populationsChinese production. The results show that:1Artificial water stressThe three types of leaf plasma membrane permeability, MDA content were increasedwith the extension of the stress time and with the stress concentration were increasedintensification. It shows that artificial wastewater has certain negative effects on theplasma membrane, and the three types and relative electrical conductivity and MDAcontent size are as follows:5times <10times <20times.With the increase of stress time, the activity of SOD increased first in5times,10times,20times the concentration was then decreased, and reached the peak at the eighth dayunder stress. The activity of POD were increased first and then decreased. Among them,Isoetes sinensis and Isoetes orientalis POD activity was eighth day in the stress reachesthe maximum value.5times,10times,20times the concentrations of Isoetesyunguiensis respectively in the stress for fifth days,10days,8days to reach themaximum value. The activity of CAT were increased first and then decreased.Isoetaceae and Isoetes yunguiensis have similar treatment trends between10times and20times. Three kinds of type and concentration of20times, in the stress period than that in the control, CAT activity was larger at the late stage of stress.During the water stress, the soluble sugar content of the three types of processing indifferent concentrations is higher than those of control. Isoetes sinensis Palmer andOriental5times and10times concentration decreased at first and then increased,Isoetes sinensis20times concentration increased first and then decreased, and theopposite trend of Isoetes orientalis. Isoetes yunguiensis was then increased first and thendecreased at three concentrations,20times stress for fifth days, the soluble sugarcontent is higher than5times and10times the concentration. The three types of solubleprotein content are increased with increasing stress concentration. On the whole, thesize of the soluble protein contents of three kinds of type showed5times <10times <20times.With the increase of stress time, the net photosynthetic rate in the light of Isoetessinensis three concentration were increased first and then decreased. Isoetes orientalisdecreased at5times the concentration,10and20times treatment decreased. Netphotosynthesis Isoetes yunguiensis in different concentration gradient of thephotosynthetic rate shows a downward trend. Stomatal conductance, Isoetes sinensis5times and10times concentration decreased gradually,20times the concentrationincreased firstly and then decreased, and reached the peak at the eighth day under stress;Isoetaceae and Isoetes yunguiensis decreased in different concentration of stress;20times under the stress of three kinds of Isoetes in stress gas hole the conductance Isoetessinensis Palmer is far higher than the East and. Changing trends in the stress of differentconcentrations of three kinds of Isoetes orientalis transpiration rate and stomatalconductance, correlation analysis showed that, stomatal conductance of three typeassociated with the transpiration rate. With the increase of stress time, under differentconcentrations of stress of Isoetes intercellular CO2concentration decreased at first andthen increased; Isoetes orientalis5times stress had no significant changes,10times and20times the concentration are gradually rised; Isoetes yunguiensis intercellular CO2concentration decreased. The chlorophyll content in the treatment with differentconcentrations of three kinds of Isoetes decreased; and as the concentration increasing, the chlorophyll content decreased. The content of chlorophyll size represent three typesof5times>10times>20times.2. With drought stress time, the physiological indexes of three kinds of type changes, including three species of Isoetes in soil water content, chlorophyll content, netphotosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance decreased, relativeconductivity, soluble sugar, proline, SOD activity were increased trend, POD, CAT,intercellular CO2concentration were increased first and then decreased, MDA contentincreased at first and fall after rise. After rewatering indexes are restored to a certainextent. Analysis of the indexes shows that, Isoetes sinensis and Isoetes orientalisshowed better drought resistance, and drought resistance than the Isoetaceae.Above all, either in drought or artificial water stress, Isoetes performance is better thanthe other two kinds of type. Among them, Isoetes yunguiensis shows resistance to waterand drought resistant ability of the poor. But long time stress on three kinds of Isoetes isgreat. Therefore, the natural habitat of Isoetes once under long-term water shortage andwater pollution will cause the reduction of populations in habitat, due to resistance ofIsoetes yunguiensis are the worst, the population affected the extent of the larger.
