The material and energy transfer between underground part and abovegroundpart is very frequent, and rhizospheric microorganism is an important part ofecological system. Syzygium grijsii were used as experimental material, Cloningsequencing technology and PLFA technology were used to research on AMF (bothinside and outside) structure and functionality and mycorrhizology during growthunder different habitat, and the result showed that:(1) Syzygium grijsii is an mycorrhizal plant which both plotted and land’s rootinfection rate are above80%, the hyphal density of rhizosphere soil is about2.0m/gand spore density is2g-1;(2)2of25operational taxonomic units (OTUs) identified by cloningsequencing technology, Rhizophagus inegulare and Gigaspora margarita (Bootstrap=100%), and23OTUs were able identified to genus: Rhizophagus, Glomus,Scutellospora,Acaulospora, Diversispora and Claroideoglomus. The experimentalshowed that87%OTU is Glomeraceae which is the main invader and the dominantgenera is Glomus;(3)Shannon-Weiner index, richness and uniformity of Rhizosphere soil androot system of Plotted and landed Syzygium grijsii is relatively high;(4)27kinds of PLAF were identified,16:0、19:0、16:0ISO and18:2w6c of47.1%PLFA in landed sample.16:0、18:0、19:0、15:0ISO and16:0ISO of50.5%PLFA in plotted sample. The experiment also showed that AM fugal structure isdifferent both in quantity and content however not significant;(5)Inoculate Ri, Fm and Ri+Fm can bring excellent mycorrhizal effect whichexpedite the growth of seeding in different level and the biomass comes highest to2times compare to comparison,5.4and4.9times of phosphorus content and absorptionefficiency, however nitrogen and potassium not so much;(6)Biomass and nutrient distribution of seeding aboveground and undergroundpart is also effected;(7)Fm and Ri+Fm nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus contribution rate ispositive to mycorrhizal effect, up to40%and75%of nitrogen and phosphorus. Rinitrogen and potassium contribution rate is negative to mycorrhizal effect, up to-120%of potassium, however phosphorus showed parasitic effect.
