Research And Application Of Edible Forest Products Rowth Factor Monitoring Technology

This paper mainly studies the key technology of edible forest products growth factor monitoring implementation process, and the successful application of the technology to the edible forest products growth factor monitoring system。This paper first introduces the situation of various growth factors monitoring in domestic and foreign edible forest products traceability origin and discusses the possible problems and difficulties the existing technology to edible forest products growth factor。After according to the edible forest products growth factor complex and changeable situation, this paper chooses the typical WSN applications based on Zigbee,and according to the growth factor requirements of edible forest products,apply the WSN scene into the edible forest products growth factor monitoring system。The main problems and difficulties of transplantation of WSN scene include node energy consumption and management, network topology control, clock synchronization, and data fusion, etc。In this paper, in view of the data fusion part, some specific data fusion algorithm is put forward:Average limiting filtering algorithm, the method of quality factor and multiple linear fitting algorithm based on least square method.The three algorithm ensures the accuracy of growth factor sensor acquisition module of edible forest products, then the collected data can be highly accurate transmission to the database server。Finally, according to the specific requirements of Heilongjiang Yichun City, edible forest products growth factor monitoring system is designed, it mainly involves the front-end sensor data acquisition module, the short distance wireless transmission module, the solar energy power supply module, remote wireless transmission module, background database system module and mobile application platform module。Growth factor monitoring system can complete the sensor data collection, integration, transmission and display.The demanders can real-time check food specific factors affecting growth of forest products, at the same time to provide weather forecasts and provide two-dimensional code query services.
