Separation from main production planting area of rice in Jiangxi province2012-2013Rice Panicle Blast specimens,137single spore isolates of rice blast fungus were isolatedby isolation and purification from rice blast specimens. Against both30series of singlegene of rice resistance to rice blast (or near isogenic line) and7China unified differentialhosts, in the rice seedling inoculation blast spores, determination of single spore strains ofpathogenic and physiological small kind of composition. The following results wereobtained: Rice blast is given priority to with broad spectrum of pathogenic strains injiangxi province. Rice blast population of jiangxi province in2012strong virulent strains(70%> PF≥50%)11, strong pathogenic strains (PF≥70%)40, a total of98.1%of allstrains, no weak virulent strains.52strains is divided into four small group of17species,including dominant population ZA (53.85%), ZB (38.46%), the small advantage for ZA1(32.69%), ZB13(15.38%).The strong pathogenic strains of rice blast in Jiangxi province in2013group(70%>PF≥50%)44, highly pathogenic strain (PF≥70%)15, accounted for69.41%of the totalnumber of the tested strains, but still did not appear weak pathogenic strains,85strainswere divided into4groups of20small,including the advantage of group ZA (58.82%), ZB(32.94%), wherein the superiority small kind of ZA13(20%), ZA15(23.53%) ZB15(18.82%).Showed that the Rice Blast Fungus Population in Jiangxi province in2013compared with2012, the virulent strains significantly reduced, the averagepathogenicity declined, the dominant population has not changed, but the superiority smallkind changed.Application system of single gene30rice resistance to rice blast (or near isogenic line)determination of rice varieties from2012to2013in jiangxi province virulence frequencyof rice blast fungus.The results show that:3resistance genes Pi-z5, Pi-zt, Pi-ta(2) to riceblast group in Jiangxi in2012to liquidate for frequency, respectively33.33%,30.61%,38.64%;Four resistance genes Pi-k, Pi-kh, Pi-z5, Pi-3(1) to rice blast in jiangxi province in2013to liquidate for low virulence,20.24%, respectively23.88%,16.67%and23.88%.Genetic Pi-z5in2012-2012to rice blast of jiangxi province characterized by strongresistance, resistance breeding to provide a certain basis.This study determined effects of Probenazol (plant resistance inducing agent) onactivities of defensive enzymes in rice plants and control effect against rice blast. Results,After the8%Probenazol G dressing, PAL, POD and PPO three kinds of enzyme activity inrice seedlings were higher than those in the control, and with the increase of drugconcentration, the enzyme activity is greater; After inoculation, by medicament of highconcentration treated rice, the defense enzyme activities of growth rate and high activity duration was significantly higher than that of control;the control effect of concentration of300g/m2seed agent against rice leaf blast was72.55%,the control effect of controlfungicides Tricyclazole75%(26.7g/667m2) on the rice blast was76.73%. Secondly, thedifferent doses of8%Probenazol G controlling rice blast field trials under fieldconditions,the results show that,control effect of300g/m2seeds agents against rice leafblast and Panicle Blast were75.74%,66.26%, the control effectsof control fungicidesTricyclazole75%(26.7g/667m2)for rice leaf blast and Panicle Blast were82.05%,...
