Using the Fluent of CFD software to simulate the nozzle and its atomization process. When other conditions are the same, carrying on the simulations of atomization process at the conditions of different gas liquid mass flow ratio, spray hole diameter and different hole height, hole shape of nozzle, according to the simulation results, Analyzing the influence factors of particle sizes of the average atomization, and make sure the hole size of nozzle and the initial atomization conditions.4. According to the planting patterns of dense jujube garden, the structure characteristics of the nozzle of liquid membrane, and refer to many structures of orchard sprayer in china and abroad, determine the overall scheme of the liquid membrane sprayer and equipment, mainly by frame, liquid film box, pneumatic diaphragm pump, air compressor and spray system.5.
