Red jujube is the agricultural products of china in the world, and its nutritional value is extremely high, The development of jujube industry has important significance for promoting agricultural economic development. But in jujube fruit mature period, rain makes jujube fruit cracking. Today, jujube dehiscent fruit has become a bottleneck to restrict the development of jujube industry, so studying the jujube dehiscent fruit technology and equipment were important and significant. Therefore we have designed a equipment for spraying membrane, it can sprayed biodegradable plant liquid membrane on the Red jujube tree during the rain season, the surface of jujube fruit and leaf can form a film that has a good effect to protect red jujube for being caught in the rain. Main research contents are as follows:1. Biodegradable liquid membrane be filtered to meet the requirements, and its physical properties were determined.2. By comparing and analyzing the different atomization method and according to the nature of the biodegradable liquid membrane, a new structure of nozzle was designed specially suitable for liquid membrane.3. Using the Fluent of CFD software to simulate the nozzle and its atomization process. When other conditions are the same, carrying on the simulations of atomization process at the conditions of different gas liquid mass flow ratio, spray hole diameter and different hole height, hole shape of nozzle, according to the simulation results, Analyzing the influence factors of particle sizes of the average atomization, and make sure the hole size of nozzle and the initial atomization conditions.4. According to the planting patterns of dense jujube garden, the structure characteristics of the nozzle of liquid membrane, and refer to many structures of orchard sprayer in china and abroad, determine the overall scheme of the liquid membrane sprayer and equipment, mainly by frame, liquid film box, pneumatic diaphragm pump, air compressor and spray system.5. Key components of the liquid membrane sprayer and equipment has been designed and selected, including the design of the frame and the stability analysis, the design of the spray rod with telescopic device, hydraulic pump and air compressor selection, the volume of liquid film box and nozzle spacing determination, etc.
