Effect Of Different Concentrate To Forage Ratio Of Caragana Korshinskii Forage On Lamb Performance, Digestion And Metabolism

8～10yeas of Caragana korshinskii Kom was stumped and processed into Caragana silage, Caragana total mixed ration(TMR) pellet, and Caragana+corn silage diets respectively.lambs were feed and analyzed the Digestion and absorption of Nutrition,production performance, internal organs index, digestive enzyme activity in Small intestinal and meat quality so as to discuss on the relationship among dietary concentrate to forage ratio on Palatability, Nutrient digestibility and production performance in lamb. According to the characteristics of lamb nutritional requirements to balance the ratio of forage to concentrate.there for to screening out the optimal ratio of the three diets, aimed at improve feeding economic benefit and resource utilization of Caragana.The results show that:①The volume and weight of liver increased, abscesses could be found at the edge and necrotic particles that without rules at the surface of live were also discovered which feeding the ratio of70:30Caragana TMR pellet diet. What was the reason need to be further research,each concentrate to forage ratio of3kinds of Caragana diets without adverse effects on feed intake and health status, Caragana TMR pellet palatability best, Caragana silage followed;②There was a trend toward reduce nutrients digestibility which feed the three Caragana diets, Overall for the nutrients digestibility of the3Caragana diets were Caragana TMR pellet> Caragana silage> Caragana+corn silage diets.③3kinds of Caragana diets improved the production performance, meat weight、dressing percentage、meat percentage、meat-bone ratio、meat-carass ratio、GR value、eye muscle area were not significant difference between the three kinds of diets in the corresponding of concentrate to forage.④PH and digestive enzyme activities in different parts of the small intestine were not significant difference between the three kinds of diets in the corresponding of concentrate to forage.⑤There was a trend toward improve the meat quality with feeding caragana diets,but not significant between Control and corresponding of concentrate to forage.⑥at the ratio of60:40、60:40、50:50Caragana silage、Caragana TMR pellet、Caragana+corn silage diets obtain the maximum economic benefits1.52yuan/d、1.72yuan/d、1.58yuan/d and Increased 19.33%、34.60%、23.68%respectively.3kinds of diets at the ratio of62:38、65:35、50:50maximize the gains from breeding based on regression and optimization for the experimental data.
