Mouse is one of the most commonly used experimental animal, has the characteristics of heterogeneous,omnivorous,poor adaptability, strong reproduction.The experimental study of the distribution and the content of IGF-1, IGF-1R, NGF, VEGF, FGF-5five kinds of growth factor at different developmental stages in the analysis, to explore the important effect on the development of mammalian skin.In this experiment, different ages (3days old,11days old,26days old) were used as the object of study, using immunohistochemical method to study the distribution of IGF-1, IGF-1R, NGF, VEGF, FGF-5five kinds of growth factor in skin of mice in different developmental stages.Five kinds of growth factors have their own role in the growth process of the skin, and the main influence factors were different in different period.Among them,3days of age in skin of mice, NGF expression was highest, the skin plays a major role in the growth and development.11day old mice skin, played a major role in the IGF-1and NGF, but the other three factors can not be ignored.26day old mice skin, every influence factor expression are greatly reduced.
