This paper aims the phenomenon of mixed potatoes, serious degradation of seed potatoes, low production and poor quality in Shanxi Province.It selects1059samples from the virus-free seeds, pre-elite, elite, qualified, commodity potato samples which are from13major producing countries in2011-2013. Aiming at mainly virus PVX.PVY, PVS, PLRV, PVA and PVM in major producing of China,It ueses DAS-ELISA method for testing, summarizing the species and its development of our province potato major areas and its distribution and knowing the level of different seed potatoes in our province, the occurrence of different years and the trend of different elevation. At the same time, It searches the potato virus disease drug control effect, breed disease resistance breeding and the prevention and control of test, in order to build a scientific and reasonable system for the prevention and the control of potato virus disease.The results are as follows:(1) The different virus distribution of major potato producing areas in Shanxi Province:our province total potato virus detection rate are as high as28.33%, PVY, PVS have the higher detection rate, incidence rate is as high as17.85%and5.95%, the incidence of PLRV and PVX are2.64%and1.32%, PVM and PVA is scattered, poisoned rate were0.47%and0.09%respectively. ShenChi, XingXian, KeLan have highest incidence of a disease,they are43.54%,43.04%and43.54%respectively.ZuoYun,LANXian and PuXian has the lowest incidence of a disease,they are11.83%,13.89%and11.83%respectively.(2) The survey of potato viruses detection during different seed potatoes:commodity potato has the highest rates, its detection rate are55.11%, pre-elite has the lowest rates, the detection rate are7.01%. virus-free,seeds,elite and qualified’s virus detection rate are9.66%,10.49%,19.07%respectively.Detection rates increases with the increase of the level of potato basicially,.At the same time,although the kind of potato’s quality in our province is higher than the national average, it stills has a certain gap from the quality standards required by the GB18133-2012.(3) Virus disease infection rate of major potato producing area of different years in Shanxi.Potato virus disease infection rate in our province are29.68%,25.90%and30.99%in2011,2012and2011 respectively.Virus detection rate in2012declined compare to2011with the generalize of free-virus seed potato and the technology of detoxofication.Disease detection rate in2013increased compared with2012, this has related with in the large area of PVY because of the outbreak of winged aphid.(4) The survey of potato virus disease infection rate at different altitude:The region which is1800m above sea level has the lowest potato virus disease detection rate, the detection rate was12.82%.The region which is under900m above sea level has the highest potato virus disease detection rate, the detection rate was41.26%.So the detection rate decreases with the increase of altitude.(5) Statistics about different seed potatoes’ viruses of single and compound infections in major producing area in Shanxi province.In the virus-free seeds, PVS individual infection rates are as high as2.76%.At the same time,PVS is compound infected with PVX and PVY easily.(6) result of different bactericides to control potato viruses:nucleotide. Bromine. Moroxydine,and amino sugars are the best,the control effects are72.08%and72.08%, and it increased17.8%,16.1%,10.9%comparing with blank.(7) The relationships between disease resistance and output of different kinds of potato in the the field:different virtu-free potato has bigger difference in resistanting virus disease. Potato virus in itself piles up with the growing period,as the same time,sympyoms are more and more obvious. Jinshul6, Kexinyihao,Jizhangshubahao are disease-resistant varieties,and the yield increased by162%,137%and130%.(8) study on integrated control of potato virus disease:The yield of integrated control and Planting Jinshul6was2289.6kg/667m2, compared with CK, the yield was increased by235%o Big potato was at a rate of51.9%, compared with CK, the rate of big potato was significantly increased.
