Platycladus orientalis (L.) Franco is one of the excellent shrubs torestore the mountain in the north of China. Although there are many mixed foreststudies on the Platycladus orientalis and other trees (such as Seabuckthorn, Pinustabulaeformis, Hippophae rhamnoides, Torch trees and oak) of soil and waterconservation, soil element cycling characteristics, root distribution, microorganismand enzyme activity, but the CS mixed early seedling rhizospheric effects and are notclear. In this pot experiment, we collected the rhizospheric soil and non-rhizosphericsoil of C, S and CS respectively, and analysed all the traits differences betweenrhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil. It is vital importance of theory and practice tothe guide of the ecological reconstruction, and the main findings are as follows:1.The contrast of rhizospheric and non-rhizospheric siol:①rhizospheric pH isless than non-rhizospheric soil;②rhizospheric soil organic matter, availablephosphorus and potassium content than non-rhizosphere;③rhizospheric soil acidity, peroxidase and urease were greater than non-rhizospheric soil.④bacteria, fungiand actinomycetes were higher than non-rhizospheric soil.2. Compared with the independent plant,①CS can increase soil total N,available K and P content, and increase the N content significantly;②make soilbiological activity (microorganisms number), bacteria and put an increase in thenumber of actinomycetes, but significantly reduced the number of fungal flora;③can significantly increase soil enzyme activity, but with (S) of acid phosphatase andcatalase activity was not significant.3. Through measuring the enzyme activity of rhizospheric and non-rhizosphericsoil, the results show that the CS can improve catalase, urease, phosphatase activity;while causing reduce the soil pH value, which may be the relation with S’s rootexudates.4. By analysing the correlation of various indicators in the three types of plant(C,S and CS), the results show that microorganisms are mainly significantly correlatedwith organic matter and total nitrogen content; Urease activity and total nitrogencontent is significantly correlated, and acid Phosphatase and available phosphorus aresignificantly correlated.
