| ObjectivesWe study the five intake adjusting factor of heat stress AA broilerchickens hypothalamus and the relationship among the interrelationbetween the feed intake and regulation genes, and to determinejujuboside to improve heat stress ratewas feed intake of thehypothalamus mechanism and provide theoretical basis for heat stressregulation of chicken.We research that NPY, MC4R, GABAA-α1,POMC, AgRP on thehypothalamus expression which it is under the condition of normaltemperature raising and hot chicken feed processing under stresshypothalamic, exploring jujuboside that it improve heat stress ratewasfeed intake of the hypothalamus mechanism, for the rational utilizationof jujuboside chicken heat stress resistance to lay the theoreticalfoundation, rich chicken feed intake regulation theory.MethodsWe achieve experimental samples through feeding experiment.Feeding experiment adopt completely random design. At4weeks wedesign the control group and adding1.0mg/kg jujuboside group. At6weeks we design normal control group and heat stress treatmentgroup at34℃. Heat stress treatment components heat stress control,heat stress before adding jujuboside group, adding acid jujubosidegroup during heat stress and heat stress before and after adding acidjujuboside group. The AA chicken hatchery from goods has beenbougtht when they are at1age and identification of male and female. Correlation analysis showed that the POMC isnegatively related to the AgRP(r=-0.962, P<0.05), NPY and AgRPnegative correlation (r=-0.715—-0.970, P<0.05), MC4R and AgRPpositive correlation (r=0.990-0.999, P<0.05), POMC and NPY positivecorrelation (r=0.999, P<0.05), and POMC and MC4R negative correlation (r=-0.744—-0.999, P<0.05), POMC is negatively related tothe GABAA-α1(r=-0.965, P<0.05), NPY and MC4R negativecorrelation(r=-0.985—-1.000, P<0.05),GABAA-α1positively related tothe MC4R (r=-0.951, P<0.05).Poultry feed intake and the hypothalamus MC4R express negativecorrelation (r=0.568, P<0.05). Expressed in the hypothalamus MC4Rbetween feed intake and the mathematical model for e^(4.657294+0.025591x)(g/d per bird).ConclusionsThis experiment through synthetic peptides, immune the NewZealand white rabbit, the serum separation and purification, thesuccessful preparation of the MC4R, GABAA-α1, POMC, AgRP peptideantibodies.The thermal stress on the chicken hypothalamic NPY, GABAA-α1have no obvious effect on the expression of quantity, and significantlyimprove the MC4R hen the hypothalamus, the cock and the hen POMC,significantly reduced the amount of AgRP expression of hypothalamusrooster.
