Mulberry (Morus alba L.) is a specie Dicotyledoneae Rosales Sankoh, witch is one of the important economic trees that widely distributed inChina important economic trees, systematic study morphological andanatomical structure and drought resistance of the contact phase has notyet been reflected in its home and abroad. Therefore, this experiment onfrom different climate regions of mulberry varieties were compared studyof anatomical structure, by comparing the drought resistance indexes ofanatomic structure of the different varieties of mulberry varieties, reveal the anatomical structure and drought resistance of contact, inorder to find the drought resistant varieties of mulberry solution planingstructure characteristic, screening for drought resistance varietyprovides excellent anatomic basis. Papers in different varieties (wubaomulberry, sweet mulberry, white mulberry, shansang305,new Ichinose,Ichinose, yu711,yu2, husang32), at different times (May, July,September), different locations (Zhouzhi, northern Shaanxi) mulberryleaves and stems as experimental material, the material after paraffinsections using an optical microscope and a camera on the differentvarieties of mulberry leaves and stems of the micro-structural featuresobserved photography and statistical analysis. Determination of theepidermis, palisade tissue, spongy tissue and leaf blade thickness andcalculate the ratio of palisade tissue and spongy tissue; The ratio ofxylem and stem area, ratio of phloem and stem area, ratio of vasculartissue and stem area, ratio of pulp and the stem area. A comparative study carried out on all indicators, and use SPSS for analysis of variance andmultiple comparison analysis LSD, obtained the following conclusions:Drought index analysis anatomy blades between different varieties, several anatomical structure of choice leaf thickness, the ratio ofpalisade tissue and spongy tissue thickness, the thickness of the stratumcorneum, the upper and lower epidermis thickness was measured asindicators of drought; the stem anatomy drought resistance indexanalysis, the choice of catheter diameter and density, the ratio of xylemand stem area, ratio of phloem and stem area, ratio of vascular tissueand stem area, ratio of pulp and the stem area for as a drought indexanatomy; variance analysis of the data obtained found: duct density mostmonths free and on epidermal thickness significant differences in otherparameters were significantly different or more significant differences, differences in the situation with the acquisition at different times butsaid changes after LSD multiple comparison can be found: the sensitivityof these drought resistant index with the order.High sensitivityindicators which can be used as reliable indicators of drought resistanceof different varieties of mulberry drought assessment conducted for leafthickness, the ratio of palisade tissue and spongy tissue thickness, theratio of xylem and stem area, ratio of phloem and stem area, accountingmarrow; higher sensitivity index on the leaf cuticle thickness lowerepidermal thickness and conduit aperture. The lower epidermis, cathetersand other indicators of significant density difference does not exist. After a comprehensive analysis of the stems and leaves of severaldifferent indicators mulberry month comparison can be drawn,(1) basedon the derived from different ecological regions of Mulberry Varietiesin different growth period of leaf and branch anatomy structurecharacteristics of the analysis, show that: the ratio of palisade tissue and spongy tissue, leaf thickness, xylem and pith proportion accountedfor4index ratio can be used as characteristic index of drought resistanceof mulberry mulberry varieties, drought resistance palisade tissue andspongy tissue had the higher than high, leaf thickness, the larger thexylem and pith proportion ratio etc.. Different growth period (5-9months)sampling analysis shows,7-9month is the study on Drought Resistance ofmulberry anatomical features better sampling time.(2) the same drought resistance varieties found in the study onanatomical structure of different areas, the growth in Northern Shaanximulberry varieties showed the characteristics of drought resistance isstronger, the anatomical structure of mulberry not only by the internalgenes and genetic determination, has an important effect on the externalenvironment also anatomical structure of mulberry, more arid environmentcan promote mulberry tissues and organs more can adapt to the developmentof arid direction, so as to adapt to the arid environment. Differentvarieties of mulberry and its response to environment is different, sweetsang and sang Wubao more sensitive to drought environment.(3)Comprehensive view of all the features of each month to more thanratio of palisade tissue and spongy tissue analysis of drought tolerancesize9mulberry varieties of mulberry white mulberry and wubaomulberry>sweet mulberry>305>new Ichinose and Ichinose>yu2andyu711>husang32from the anatomical structure。...
