| Kiwifruit grading is important to increase the added value and enhance the marketcompetitiveness, and is also important to the kiwifruit industry.In order to develop areasonable method of evaluating quality fruit, providing a scientific basis for qualityevaluation of intelligent detection system,the status of kiwifruit grading in A area of ShaanxiProvince were investigated in this paper, Hayward and Xuxiang kiwifruit were studied, for aresearch study of visualization method and classifying the quality of evaluation threshold.Introducting of value-added model to analyze the impact of agricultural classificationthreshold of economic indicators, the proposed classification approach based on visual imageprocessing. To further determine the grading standards, designed to improve equipmentdesign kiwi provide the basis for classification.The main contents and conclusions of the article are as follows:(1) Survey of the kiwi classification: Through statistics the results of the research, weunderstand the current status of kiwi varieties, planting and grading areas. I organized andproduced the production and circulation of kiwifruit grading system diagram. Based on that, asystem diagram was developed to describe the circulation of the kiwifruit industry. Byanalyzing the current situation of kiwifruit grading in terms of hierarchical consciousness,grading standards, grading methods, grading equipment, some recommendations wereproposed, such as establish the supervision system, formulate a scientific grading standard,research grading methods based on the image data of the fruit, and study different gradingsystems varied to grading scale. And on the status of kiwifruit varieties of analysis todetermine the priority research graded varieties Hayward and Xu Xiang.(2) Analysis of determine thresholds basing on the value added indicator: Weintroduced the value added chain of agricultural products.2888Hayward kiwi fruit weightweie acquired segments at the same place and at the same time in2012and2013. As can beseen from the histogram of both the median, mean, maximum and minimum values havechanged, kiwifruit weight changes will occur each year. Proposing grading method that by hierarchical evaluation method. Capture images on three directions kiwifruit: front,side, overlooking the surface. Using Matlab for image processing. through gray, binary inputthreshold, median filtering, filling voids, boundary extraction step to obtain an image area ofkiwi in three directions to represent pixel values. Fruit weight, respectively, and three imagedimensionless direction and fitting. Hayward fruit weight and size to fit the image in threedirections R2is0.983, Xu Hong kiwi fruit weight and size to fit the image in three directionsR2is0.969. High goodness of fit, providing a scientific basis for the classification to theapparent size of the fruit transformed from fruit weight. And proposed an intuitive visualgrading standard layout and a portable device automatically determine the level of fruit.Laing the foundation for more groups to participate in the grading and providing a referencefor the future research of kiwifruit grading. |
