This article uses the outdoor artificial rainfall simulation test is studied three kinds of rainfall intensity (30mm/h,60mm/h,90mm/h), different slope (5°,10°,15°) and different underlying surface (black beans, red bean, natural bare) downhill surface water and sediment change rule. The results showed that:1) Decreases as the slope, runoff was growing larger and larger extent, leveled off in the end. Under the condition of rainfall intensity30mm/h, under the same grade5°slope black beans to decrement of19.23%compared with the bare land runoff;15°10°slope and slope when the decrement of23.53%and24.37%, respectively, that runoff increases with the increase of slope; Under the condition of rainfall intensity90mm/h,15°slope sediment yield of bare land131.4g, more than10°slope and5°slope70.8g and70.8g, that sediment yield also increased with the increase of slope.2) Wth the increase of rainfall intensity, enhanced the erosion of the soil by the water, sediment yield increasing. Slope as5°slope and rainfall intensity30mm/h, under the condition of total sediment yield is only0.36g of bare land; When the rainfall intensity is90mm/h, bare amount of sediment yield reached6.18g, and bare land than black soya bean and red bean sediment yield of total more than3.49g and1.33g, respectively.3) Under the same rainfall intensity and slope, black beans and trend of runoff and sediment yield of adzuki bean is similar, Both runoff and sediment yield less than bare land. When the rainfall intensity is small, black and red bean can effectively reduce the loss of the soil slope; When rainfall intensity big, red bean and black beans on rainfall interception and the energy dissipation effect is greatly diminished.The results show that different underlying surface runoff and sediment yield changes was a positive correlation with slope, rainfall intensity; Rainfall intensity is small, crop soil effect is obvious, and the rainfall intensity is larger, the crops on rainfall abate effect is not obvious, the runoff and sediment increase; The same conditions, runoff sediment loads at least black beans, bare land runoff and sediment is the largest. This test for soil erosion, different slope erosion of water-sediment change research provides the theoretical foundation and slope surface coverage.
