Study On Slow Release Urea To Soil Nitrogen And The Yield And Quality Of Rape

This paper studies the effects of different ureas treatment on soil nitrogen and the yield and quality of rape, The results show that:The effectIt of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea treatment is better than Duo Mei jin urea and urea. That is mainly performance in the four following aspects:(1) Soil NH4+-N content increases firstly, then decreases, and increases in0-60day of all treatments, Soil NO3--N and inorganic nitrogen content decrease firstly,and then increase of all treatments. Fifth, tenth days after rape transplanting, soil NH4+-N, NO3--N, inorganic nitrogen contents of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea treatment are lower than Duo Mei jin urea and urea. Among them when the fertilizer content is992.24mg N/pot, after five days, soil NH4+-N, NO3--N, inorganic nitrogen contents of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea are0.41mg/kg,8.48mg/kg,8.89mg/kg lower than Duo Mei jin urea and1.85mg/kg,31.25mg/kg,33.09mg/kg lower than urea. Soil NH4+-N, NO3--N, inorganic nitrogen contents of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea are4.39mg/kg,3.67mg/kg,8.06mg/kg lower than Duo Mei jin urea and7.13mg/kg,7.23mg/kg,14.36mg/kg lower than urea after ten days. In20th,30th,45th,60th days, contents of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea treatment are the highest. Soil alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen, organic matter contents of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea treatment are higher than Duo Mei jin urea and urea. Among them when the fertilizer content is992.24mg N/pot, contents of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea treatment are the highest, They are respectively34.59mg/kg and9.72g/kg. That show that Duo Mei jin slow-release urea can help the stabilization of the soil nitrogen content.(2) Fifth, tenth day after rape transplanting, soil urease and ammonium oxidase activities of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea treatment are lowest than Duo Mei jin urea and urea. Among them when the fertilizer content is992.24mg N/pot, in Fifth day, Soil urease and ammonium oxidase activities of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea treatment are14.98mg/kg,0.23mg/kg lower than Duo Mei jin urea and17.18mg/kg,0.31mg/kg lower than urea, in tenth day, soil urease and ammonium oxidase activities of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea treatment are12.42mg/kg,3.15mg/kg lower than Duo Mei jin urea and23.75mg/kg,3.24mg/kg lower than urea. In20th,30th,45th,60th days, soil urease and ammonium oxidase activities of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea treatment are higher than Duo Mei jin urea and urea remarkably. That show that the inhibition of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea weaken after20days.(3) After rape harvest, the rape yields of all the treatments are:Duo Mei jin urea> Duo Mei jin slow-release urea> urea, the production increasing effect of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea is not obvious. Rape N,P, K, chlorophyll,reducing sugar, Vc contents of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea are higher than Duo Mei jin urea and urea. Among them when the fertilizer content is992.24mg N/pot, rape N, P, K, chlorophyll,reducing sugar, Vc contents of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea are77g/kg、6.54g/kg、37.83g/kg、0.51g/kg、22.74g/kg、0.67g/kg., showing that Duo Mei jin slow-release urea can improve the quality of rape.(4) Soil nitrogen dependence rate and utilization rate effect of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea are the best, and nitrogen dependence rate of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea can reach44.7%. Soil nitrogen loss of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea is lowest than Duo Mei jin urea, urea, CK. Among them when the fertilizer content is992.24mg N/pot, soil nitrogen loss of Duo Mei jin slow-release urea is1728.62mgN/pot、1469.98mgN/pot、850.40mgN/pot.lower than Duo Mei jin urea, urea and CK.
