The roots of most plants in plant factory are grown in nutrient solution, absorbing water;nutrients and air in nutrient solution, changing the concentration, composition, pH, dissolvedoxygen and other parameters in nutrient solution. Meanwile the organic matter of rootexudation, a little senescence and abscission of residual root and a variety of microorganismswill affect the quality of nutrient solution. Therefore, we must detect the influence of theabove factors in real time, then control it to the needs of plants growth.The core technology of plant factory includes environmental control technology andonline nutrient solution detection technology. Among them, for the continuous production ofplant factory, online nutrient solution detection is a very important technology. The plantfactory online nutrient solution detection technology uses computer and various sensors todetect temperature, electrical conductivity, pH and dissolved oxygen concentration online forthe needs of plants growth, so as to realize the all online monitoring of the plant factory.The online detection and synchronous transmission terminal for multi-parameter ofnutrient solution in plant factory uses existing technical conditions to detect the nutrientsolution components and plants growth parameters accurately in real time, combined with theneeds of plants growth, providing support for nutrient solution control system. Nutrientsolution detection system is an important component of facility agriculture, and thefoundation to realize the controlled integrated intelligent automation of agriculture, it is veryimportant to study the high accuracy, low cost, low power consumption online nutrientsolution detection system.This study adopts "decentralized detection, centralized processing, coordinated control"mode, the whole system is divided into four parts, the sensor module, the signal conditioningmodule, the microprocessor module and the communication module by using themodularization method,making it a step-by-step implementation. Apply data acquisitiontechnology, AVR technology, wireless communication technology to the online detection andsynchronous transmission system for multi-parameter of nutrient solution in plant factory,designing and debugging the hardware and software of the system by using the method ofcombination of theoretical analysis and experiment, developing the online detection and synchronous transmission system for multi-parameter of nutrient solution in plant factory.We aim to develop the online detection and synchronous transmission system formulti-parameter of nutrient solution in plant factory, based on data acquisition technology,AVR technology, wireless communication technology, which can gather temperature,electrical conductivity, pH and dissolved oxygen concentration of the nutrient solution in realtime, and complete data transmission, storage, etc. by wireless communication, with thecharacteristics of stable and reliable, real-time detection and synchronous transmission.
