The Ogu CMS has the advantage of Infertility thoroughly, easy to maintain, and it’s the most perfectway of heterosis utilization. But the restorer line of Ogu CMS is hard to select, the origin restorer materialshad bad agronomic value, and couldn’t be used for commercial production, it’s due to the restorer genelinkage with the high GLS gene.2005, the Syngenta found the Ogura radish DNA fragment has the behavior of fracture andreconnection BLR1. They used the breeding material BLR-038crossed with the Ogu CMS, and got thehybrid progeny with good agronomic value and low GLS. Primard-Brisset used theγray to irradiate therapeseed material with the radish fragment contained the restorer gene to make the radish fragment fractureand reconnect. And then they selected the new double low restorer line R2000, since that time the rapeseedOgu CMS hybrid variety began to be widely used in Europe and north America.2009, the Dupond Pioneerused the same method and got the double low restorer line SRF with the reduction of radish fragment. Butall of these materials have patents, they can not be used for commercial production. So breed the our ownOgu CMS restorer line and find the new restorer resource is nessary to us.The research result shows that:1.Because of lacking of the materials which have the patent protection to make a comparison, I usedthe molecular marker results in the correlation patents and literature, and made a primary research result:Compare with the INRA result, the restorer lines1601,1628lack a marker Blojon, and the restorer lineslack another marker SG34. Compare with the Syngenta, the4restorer lines1601,1628, SR36, SR58allhave the expression in the third and the fourth part. Compare with the Dupond Pioneer, the restorer lines1601,1628all have the same molecular result with the restorer materials NW1717, and the restorer lineSR36, SR58all have the same molecular result with restorer materials NW3002.
