The seeds germination and seedlings growth of Brassica napus L., Avena fatua,Alopecurus aequalis sobol, Veronica didyma Tenore, Descurainia Sophia and Galiumaparine L. were tested by the effect of different concentration(0,0.02,0.03,0.05,0.08,0.1g.mL-1) infusion of wheat and rice straw through culture andbiology measure indoor. Analyzes and summarizes the differences of two straws extract ondifferent receptor plants, aimed at clearing the difference of allelopathic effects of wheat strawand rice straw aqueous extracts on rape and associated weeds, for scientificly use wheat strawand rice straw to control weeds in rape field and provide some basis to develop biologicalfertilizer in rape field.Test results are as follows:1. Safe concentration of two straw extracts on rape seed growth are different, namelywheat straw and rice straw are0.08g.mL-1and0.05g.mL-1, at this concentration, straw can beused to develop fertilizer in rape field.2. At safety concentration on rape seeds, the allelopathic effects of two straws extract onfive kinds of weed seedlings are different:(1). Rice straw aqueous extracts significantly inhibit seeds germination and seedlingsgrowth of Avena fatua Linn, and can be used to develop fertilizer to control weed in rape field.Wheat straw aqueous can promote seeds germination and seedlings growth of Avena fatua, unsuitable for Avena fatua control in rape field.(2). Wheat straw and rice straw can significantly inhibit seed germination and seedlinggrowth of Alopecurus aequalis sobol., and can be used to develop biological fertilizer tocontrol Alopecurus aequalis sobol. in rape field.(3). The inhibitory effect of wheat straw and rice straw aqueous extracts on threedicotyledonous weeds (Veronica didyma Tenore, Descurainia Sophia (L.) Schur, Galium aparine L.) was stronger than two monocotyledonous weeds (Avena fatua Linn, Alopecurusaequalis sobol.). And can be used to control dicotyledonous weeds (Veronica didyma Tenore,Descurainia Sophia (L.) Schur, Galium aparine L.) in rape field.(4). The inhibitory effect of rice straw on monocotyledonous weeds was stronger thanwheat straw under the same concentration, so rice straw can be used in rape field withmultiple monocoty ledonous weeds (Avena fatua Linn, Alopecurus aequalis sobol.).3. Integrated management recommendations for weeds in rape field: at reasonable tillagemode, dicotyledonous weeds in rape field can be strawed by controlling amount ofcoverageuse wheat and rice straw; rape field with multiple monocotyledonous weeds will bebetter controled by rice straw.Without using wheat-rape and rice-rape rotation, wheat strawand rice straw can be used to develop biological fertilizer in rape field.
