Flower transplanting technology can reduce crop growth cycle, keep the qualityof the crops and unified, achieve the purpose of increase production, which hasbecome a modern greenhouse pot flower production in the main cultivation measures.Automation pot flower transplanting technology development is complying with thetrend of pot flower production in high growth rate, to solve the existing lowproductivity and promote the important measure of agricultural modernization. Withthe development of agricultural technology, there are conditions and technical supportto develop the automation pot flowers transplanting technology. In this paper, therelated research of the pot flower automatic transplanting was done, the main researchcontents and results are as follows.The object’s geometric parameters and the mechanical properties of the soilmatrix for transplanting are the basic data. Measured the transplanting object—potflowers plant height, stem diameter and the weight of the pot flower geometricparameters, the height GongZhang plant was149.70±19.80mm, stem diameter was15.78±3.17mm, the overall weight was198.10±22.89g. For simulationanalysis about the mutual relationship between steel and base of the soil, the cohesionand friction angle were measured by the ZJ direct shear apparatus of strain controltype measuring soil shear properties of the matrix parameters. The cohesion C was13.8KPa, friction Angle was29°.The automation transplanting process was analyzed according to the manualtransplanting. Primarily scheme was designed by Solid-works software. Transfermechanism and the automatic fall basin mechanism was firstly designed. The functionof the transmission mechanism was analyzed, choosing which is equipped with abaffle net chain conveyor belt and selection of the stepper motor. The automatic basinmechanism that can achieve a dropped five basin features in one time was designed.The secondary turns the soil preliminary scheme was set up, the innovativeapproaches was applied in optimal design of specific mechanism. Analyzingsecondary turns the soil mechanism required structure to complete a specific function,the initial model of the organization of secondary turns the soil was designed. Theimproved scheme especially compaction module and mold core were achieved byusing TRIZ contradiction extraction, contradiction matrix, component analysis andARIZ. The transplanting mechanism structure, the work way and basic size weredecided according to actual requirement. Using to The statics analysis by ABAQUS,physical prototype test were conduct to get the best parameter combination. The workway of transplanting mechanism was a pair of manipulator from flowers on both sidesof the clip stems. The geometric parameters of transplanting mechanism wascalculated by flower size., statics analysis was conduct by using orthogonal designmethod and using ABAQUS software concluded that insert depth to minimum theinfluence of shear stress and the interaction relationship between factors must beconsidered. to carry on the physical prototype test was carried on by using quadraticorthogonal rotating combination design test method and the surface optimizationmethod. The lifting cylinder pressure is0.36MPa, steel needle insertion is28°slopeand steel needle insertion point to the center distance of38.12mm of the optimalparameter combination was received.Mitsubishi FX3U-128Mt/ES was Chosen as the transplanting machinecontroller, transplanting machine automatic control system was designed, I/O pointswas distributed, PLC for stepper motor control circuit and the pneumatic systemdiagram was drawn, the automatically fall basin, secondary soil body andtransplanting mechanism of program flow chart was analyzed. Finally, the PC to PLCmonitoring was designed and control program was wrote.
