The potato is a very sensitive crops to replant, potato continuous cropping willcause the decline of soil fertility and plant growth,increase soil borne diseases andinsect pests, eventually lead to the decline in yield and quality of potato.Theapplication of microbial organic fertilizer could improve soil microbial system,improve the soil fertility, reduce the inorganic fertilizer and the occurrence of soilborne diseases, reach the vital significance to reduce continuous cropping obstacle ofpotato. In view of this, this experiment was conducted to study the effect of themicrobial organic fertilizer GSJ-1on continuous cropping of potato of main soilnutrients, plant growth index, Scab pathogens content and the disease index of threekinds of soil borne disease. In this study, the main results and conclusions are:1. Compared with continuous cropping potato, the rhizosphere soil available N,available P, available K of microbial organic fertilizer treatment were higher thancontinuous cropping treatment by12%、44%、31%、19%in mature period;but the totalN, total P, total K and effective copper and manganese were unchanged.2. Compared with continuous cropping potato, application of microbial organicfertilizer of potato plant height, stem diameter, SPAD value, leaf area index, biomass,tuber yield was increased with the growth period, the plant height and stem diameterwere increased by5%~21%,6%~28%; leaf area index and the SPAD values wereincreased by9%~34%,13%~16%; dry matter and tuber yield were increased9%~34%,2%~28%.3. After screening the conditions of scab pathogens quantitative determination, whenthe concentration of phenol is1/120, the inhibition to scab pathogens and bacteria isthe lowest, and the scab pathogens are closer to the soil inoculum amount, so thephenol concentration is1/120, the soil suspension concentration setting optimalcondition for1/100,1/120,1/140three gradient which are the condition of soil scabpathogens quantitative determination.4. Compared with continuous cropping soil, microbial organic fertilizer GSJ-1significantly reduced the content of rhizosphere soil scab pathogens by21.3%~ 74.9%,2~15cm from root region decreased by19.6%~55%; distance of more than15cm area was decreased by19.1%~23.1%.Distribution of scab pathogens inrhizosphere soil was higher than those in the non rhizosphere in continuous croppingsoil, the potato scab pathogens of continuous cropping soil were concentrated torhizosphere before flowering period, and then to potato after flowering period.Distribution of scab pathogens in rhizosphere soil was lower than those in the nonrhizosphere in microbial organic fertilizer treatment.5. After continuous cropped potato4years, potato scab, powdery scab, black scurf ofpotato, three soil borne disease in potato tuber were all infected. Compared withcontinuous cropping treatment, application of microbial organic fertilizer decreasedpotato scab by49%, powdery scab index declined by9%, black scurf decreased by38%.
