Alpine Meadow is important grassland resources in our country, that has thereputation of Plateau Meatpacking since ancient times. But due to the dual effectsof natural and human factors in recent years, some degradation appeared in the alpinemeadow of Maqu. In order to explore the influence that different processingmeasures for grassland in alpine meadow region ecological environment, This studyby adopting the combination of experiment and investigation and statistics method, analyzed four kinds of improved pattern that Suitable for its use through Comparativestudy of the vegetation biomass. The main conclusions show as follows:1.This essay studies the characteristics of the vegetation in alpine meadow afterenclosure. The results of the test have shown that advantage indexes of fencedvegetation are significantly higher than those of unfenced ones. After the enclosure, the average height of the vegetation grows, and the green forage yield has risengreatly. Furthermore, the species of fenced vegetation is on the increase. In addition, unfenced condition is more suitable for the toxic weeds. In a word, enclosure plays avital role in recovery and construction of alpine meadow vegetation.2.After the grass was divided, in the view of the change from month, whether it isexuberant plateau meadow vegetation season (in August), or a recession quarter (inOctober) highland meadow community richness, diversity index, evenness indexshowed an increase trend. After treatment, plant capacity cut grass alpine meadowvegetation was significantly higher than the control samples, and showed a significantdifference (P <0.05). Cut vegetation types was significantly reduced after treatment.Grassy vegetation biomass increased significantly in both August and October, andshowed an increasing trend. Poisonous weeds vegetation biomass in Augustsignificantly reduced, but in October it presents a growing trend.3.Generally speaking, Alpine meadow steppe rotational grazing system is higher thanthe continuous grazing system in terms of height and biomass of vegetation, however, they don’t perform identically in the specific period of time. In the early time ofgrazing, rotational grazing system and continuous grazing system have no obviously difference. Through experimental observation in September and November, after aperiod of gazing time, Good diets vegetation in pastoral areas such as Gramineae andCyperaceae, is superior to continuous grazing region in terms of the height andbiomass of vegetation. Generally speaking, Alpine meadow steppe rotational grazingsystem is higher than the continuous grazing system in terms of height and biomass ofvegetation, however, they don’t perform identically in the specific period of time. Through experimental observation in September andNovember, after a period of gazing time, Good diets vegetation in pastoral areas suchas Gramineae and Cyperaceae, is superior to continuous grazing region in terms of theheight and biomass of vegetation. But livestock anorexia vegetation such as weed classvegetation round of pastoral areas in all kinds of measurements, is inferior tocontinuous grazing. This shows that the advantages of rotational grazing system areshown with the passage of time.4.Experiments of setting different grazing rate show that in general high alpinemeadow steppe grazing rates were lower than that of low grazing on vegetation heightand yield rate, however that does not perform very obviously, meanwhile, stronglivestock or predatory is obviously different in terms of height and biomass ofvegetation index, High grazing rate is obviously superior to the low grazing rate.On the contrary, strong livestock anorexia sex vegetation performance is lower thanthe high rate of grazing in the vegetation height and biomass of low grazing rate, butit is not obvious. And the laws above become more and more obvious in gazing.Through investigation and statistics of this test,we have found four different alpinemeadow grassland measures under the change of vegetation characteristics in order tohelp further research measures of facilitating the improvement of grassland, and weprovide the theory basis for establishing reasonable grazing for alpine meadow in MaQu, and also provide practical significance of scientific basis for changing alpinemeadow steppe ecological environment.
