Development and construction projects is the basis for economic development inthe region, which is an important contribution to the rapid development of our country,but which caused a series of problems, such as the attendant problems are that thedestruction of vegetation during construction, excavation groundbreaking, or evendestroying the original ecological environment in the area, soil erosion caused byhuman activities. In order to protect the ecological environment, reduce disasters, thenecessary water conservation measures must be taken at the same time of thedevelopment and construction projects. In this study, the construction projects islandbody-Yanqi international project will be an opportunity, we make soil and waterconservation partitioning scheme for the project depending on soil and waterconservation, which will combined with binding characteristics of the topography inthis study area. We set four runoff plots withnatural landscape, including landscapeengineering green areas, artificial river project area, the main construction area, andconstruction of production and living areas. We focused on the time varyingcharacteristics of the runoff and sediment yield in the four runoff plots during greenconstruction process. The conclusion as follows.(1) According to the sediment yield characteristics abortion rainfall events duringconstruction, and analyzes the different characteristics of the rainfall, the impact on soiland water conservation measures and slope runoff and sediment runoff plots of thenatural landscape. In the rain intensity, runoff runoff plots of various natural topographyand rainfall duration were no obvious correlation, but in-rain intensity, runoff runoffplots of various natural landscape rain and strong relationship with the obvious; thereare large differences in soil and water conservation measures under the same rainfallrunoff conditions.(2) The prediction of soil erosion on the overall amount of Yanqi Island projectbased on runoff observationsshows that it will cause serious soil erosion if the projectfails to take effective measures for soil erosion.(3) Combined with the project green construction target, This study systemsummarizes some of the benefits from the green construction process organization and management system, assurance measures, the construction schedule, constructiondesign and construction,which will in favor of the construction of ecologicalenvironment and soil conservation practices and engineering organizations to play amanagement ideas.(4) In this study, Yanqi center construction project is an opportunity to sum up theland and water conservation measures in the construction process, and evaluatetheresult of soil and water conservation measures based on the green concept of savingwater and saving ground. According to the actual operating results, it shows that theproject has reached the relevant requirements of green construction projects, and has agood effect of soil and water conservation.
