In this study15kinds of ruminant feed samples were collected from Shi he zi, Ta cheng, wujia qu, Yili, etc in Xinjiang province. The application of the Cornell NetCarbohydrate-ProteinSystem(CNCPS) to analysis the proteomic samples points and carbohydratecomponents. Measured nutritional value and energy value by in vitro culture, the use of in situ fordry matter, crude protein, rumen degradation of NDF,ADF were studied for more convenient onruminants, scientific applications basis.1Determination of15kinds of nutrients ruminant feed in Xinjiang and CNCPS indicatorsEvaluation of carbohydrate components: In energy feed, CHO content: Corn>CornBran>Bran>70%. CNSC,CC of corn was84%,2.77%, indicating that carbohydrate nutritionalvalue of corn was higher than other feeds. Protein feed, corn protein urea, soybean meal contenthigh level of CHO, CNSC, indicating that carbohydrate nutritional value was higher than otherfeeds. In roughage, CHO of cottonseed hull was highest, but the CC was52%, nutritional valuewas lower, corn silage and alfalfa meal content higher CNSC, lower CC content, carbohydratenutritional value were higher than other roughage.Evaluation of protein components: In energy feed: PA, PB1of bran were higher levels, indicating that the rate of protein degradation bran is high. Protein feed: PA of Corn urea pastingprotein was81.4%, indicating that it contains more NPN, rapidly degradation, corn gluten mealcontent86%of PB2, indicating that the protein component of protein medium mostly speeddegradation. Roughage: alfalfa meal, corn silage contain higher PA, PB1, PB2, higher nutritionalvalue protein, CC of grape seed meal was62%, lower nutritional value, PB3of cotton hulls was43%, instructions protein degradation is slow.2In situ method for evaluation nutrientsof rumen degradation of ruminant feed15kinds offeedConcentrated feed dry matter effective degradation rate high to low as follows: monosodiumglutamate residue (75.53%)> urea protein maize (70.61%)> soybean meal (69.71%)> corn(66.6%)>bran (63.32%)>cottonseed meal (46.26%)>Corn protein powder (43.92%)>DDGS(34.64%). Roughage from high in the end as follows: alfalfa meal (60.64%)>corn silage(60.54%)>alfalfa hay (46.09%)>tomato sauce residue (44.86%)>corn bran (41.44%)>grape seedmeal (29.94%)>cottonseed hulls (28.28%)Concentrated feed protein degradation rate is high effective in the end were: urea, cornprotein (95.01%)>monosodium glutamate residue (80.44%)>bran (73.3%)>soybean meal(53.97%)>cottonseed meal (50.44%)>corn (47.96%)>corn gluten meal (31.58%)>DDGS(22.65%). High roughage in the end were: tomato sauce residue (77.3%)>alfalfa meal(71.34%)>corn silage (66.02%)>alfalfa hay (56.06%)>cottonseed hulls (55.35%)>corn bran(39.91%)>grape seed meal (39.57%).NDF and ADF degradation levels of corn silage and alfalfa meal were higher, nutritionalquality were higher than other roughage, NDF and ADF degradation of grape seed meal were lowest level, means difficult to digest for ruminant animals.3Evaluation ruminant nutrition and energy value of15kinds of feed by gas productiontechniqueIn energy feed, corn fermentation24h in vitro gas production (GP), in vitro dry matterdigestibility (IVTD) and total volatile fatty acids (TVFA) the highest yield, means the energyreleased quickly. In protein feeds, the of IVTD, DCP and NH3-N of corn urea pasting protein, corn andmonosodium glutamate residue were higher than other protein feed, nitrogen is released quickly. The IVTD, DCP of DDGS and corn gluten meal were lower than other protein feeds, means thepotential to provide rumen protein. The GP, TVFA and energy values of MSG slag weresignificantly lower than other protein feeds. In forage, the IVTD, DCP of alfalfa meal were more nutritional than other forage, the valueof corn silage was similar with tomato sauce residue, the level of IVTD,24h GP, TVFA of grapeseed meal and cotton hulls were lower than others...
