The experiment1was conducted with600of1day old Arbor Acres chicks toevaluate the effect of supplemented with NSP enzymes, amylase and protease onperformance and nutrient utilization of broilers fed low level wheat soybean baseddiets. Birds were grouped randomly into6treatments, with10replicates per treatmentand10birds per replicate. Six diets were included in the trial and the details were:Control (Ⅰ), Ⅰ+125g t-1enzyme1(Ⅱ)、Ⅰ+250g t-1enzyme1(Ⅲ)、Ⅰ+100g t-1enzyme2(Ⅳ)、Ⅰ+150g t-1enzyme2(Ⅴ)andⅠ+500g t-1enzyme3(Ⅵ).The trial was lasted42days, and included starter (0~21d) and finisher (22~42d) twoperiods. The results shown that groupⅥ was lower at F/G than that of group Ⅰatstarter(P<0.05), and F/G of group Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ and Ⅵ was decreased by0.03、0.03、0.05、0.03and0.04(P>0.05),respectively. DM digestibility of both group Ⅲand Ⅵ was significant improved compared to group Ⅰ(P<0.05), and the samecase for the DM utilization of group Ⅱ(P<0.05). N utilization of group Ⅵ wasincreased by enzyme supplementation(P=0.056).Group Ⅱ was higher at AME thanthat of group Ⅰ and Ⅳ(P<0.05), and the AME value of group Ⅱ and Ⅳ wassignificant higher than that of control(P<0.05). The AME value of group Ⅲ,ⅤandⅥ was improved by0.16,0.04and0.14MJ kg-1at finisher, respectively(P>0.05).IDE of group Ⅴ was improved as wel(lP=0.104). Supplemented with NSP enzymes, protease and amylase improve the growth performance and nutrients digestion andutilization of broilers fed diet containing15%wheat, and the starter is better than thatof finisher. The experiment2was conducted with720of1day old Arbor Acres chicks toevaluate the effect of supplemented with xylanase enzymes on different level of wheatdiets. Birds were grouped randomly into9treatments, with8replicates per treatmentand10birds per replicate. The results shown: The replace corn100%by wheat wassignificant decreased on average of BWG,DM utilization, N utilization, AME value atstarter and DM digestibility, IDE of ileum at42d and average of FI, average of BWG, AME value at finisher compared to the replace corn were0%and50%(P<0.05),The F/G at starter was significant improved compared to the replace corn were0%and50%(P<0.05).Supplemented enzymes with500g t-1was significant improvedon average of BWG, DM utilization,AME value at starter and DM digestibility, Ndigestibility, IDE of ileum at42d and average of BWG, N utilization,AME value atfinisher(P<0.05), The F/G at starter was significant decreased compared to0g t-1(P<0.05).Supplemented enzymes with250g t-1was significant improved on average ofBWG,DM utilization,AME value at starter and average of BWG, AME value atfinisher compared to0g t-1(P<0.05).Wheat different replacement ratio and differentdosage of enzyme preparation of the chicken N utilization,DM utilization at starterand IDE of ileum at42d exist interaction (P<0.05).There was significant impact ongrowth performance and nutrients digestion utilization when the wheat replacementlevel was100%. The growth performance and nutrients digestion and utilization wasimproved by adding xylanase.
