Chinese serves as an agricultural big country, food is the national book, grainstorage has been food enterprises attach great importance to. With the progress ofscience and technology, the computer technology and the advanced technology ofwireless sensor network in grain storage can bring great convenience for grainstorage. Electronic measuring equipment can measure, control of granarytemperature and humidity parameter, has the features of intelligent monitoring andcontrol, has been widely applied.This paper adopts the wireless sensor network technology, has done researchwork of granary temperature and humidity monitoring and control, through theanalysis of design, temperature and humidity monitoring system of granary wirelesscommunication scheme selection requirements, design a set of wireless sensornetwork based on the temperature and humidity of granary monitoring and controlsystem. The system includes two parts of machine and superordination machine, themachine is composed of temperature sensor, humidity sensor, wireless transmissionmodule, the main control CPU, motor drive and other components, the PC bywireless transmission module, the main control CPU, RS-485communication.System uses the DS18B20temperature sensor, SHT11humidity sensor to collect thetemperature and humidity of granary, to realize the control of CC2530wireless datatransmission module uses MSP430FE133microcontroller, data transmitting andreceiving, and the communication between MSP430single chip computer and PCthrough RS-485interface. The design of software, design of the main control CPU,temperature, and humidity acquisition program acquisition program and wirelessdata transmission drive program. When the temperature and humidity data detecteddoes not satisfy the granary storage conditions, by the PC through the RS-485interface to send to the host computer of the main control CPU command,hypogynous machine receives the command driven ventilation equipment to work.The debugging and testing of wireless sensor network of granary temperature andhumidity monitoring and control system can basically meet the granary temperatureand humidity monitoring and control system functional requirements.Finally,further research on the existing problems in the system and the future work issummarized and prospected.
