The proportion of dietary fiber and starch is very important for domestic rabbit. But in the actual production, the humans in order to improve economic efficiency therefore increase excessive proportion of starch and fiber, but it will induce gastrointestinal diseases and affect the production performance even death. It is reported that the inappropriate proportion can cause intestines problem, so the proportion of diet fiber and the starch is vital for rabbits.Gastrointestinal absorption of nutrients through the portal circulation to the liver, then deliver to the circulatory system, the liver is important to energy metabolism and nutrition of the animals. Therefore, this experiment will research the different fiber and starch proportion affects on Leptin、Ghrelin and PCNA levels in the liver, then analyze the ratio of dietary fiber and starch is reflected in the rabbit hepatic energy metabolism, with its recipe for design a reasonable diet formula and provide strong theoretical basis.One hundred and sixty weaner rabbits were randomly assigned to 4 groups(I、II、III、IV)with 10 replicates in each group, in which they were fed each diet with NDF/starch2.3,1.9,1.4,1.0. Through the methods of HE and immunohistochemistry observed the structure of liver and distribution of Leptin、Ghrelin and PCNA。Ghrelin stimulates prolactin regulate,adrenaline and other hormones release to maintain hormonal balance of the body, the promotion of food intake, reduce fat utilization; Leptin can increase energy consumption by sympathetic activity, both of which can affect the body’s energy metabolism, on the basis of the impact on the comparative analysis of different proportions of fiber/starch diets on energy metabolism in the liver. PCNA is a sign of measuring cell proliferation state.The results are summarized as follows:Fiber/starch diet(control group) lead to necrosis of liver cells, and increase the fiber proportion, weaned from young rabbit instead can reduce the damage, but the fiber content is too high(high fiber/low starch) of the diet in feeding serious after 30 days of liver cell necrosis, and appropriately increase the fiber and the proportion of starch fiber/starch in the rearing phase appear in good condition, to give high levels of starch(low fiber/high starch),and cause liver cells even lobular area dissolving and necrosis.Different processing group of the rabbit in the liver of Leptin positive immune liver cell number in the 52 d, 62 d, 72 d, 82 d, rising trends between 82 d immune positive liver cells, most of the fiber/starch group of 72 d most positive liver cells;Immune positive material strength are enhanced in 72 d immune positive strength of the strongest positive substances, in 82 d intensity is abate, in terms of composite fiber/starch group of the strength of the strongest immune positive substances, the second is the low fiber high starch group.Ghrelin immune positive liver cells is closely related to the strength of the liver damage degree, liver damage, the more serious the Ghrelin positive cell number increase, positive control group in the 62 d cells, most high fibre/low starch and the fiber/starch group 82 d when the most number of positive cells, low fiber/high starch group the largest number of 72 d cells were positive.Low average fiber high starch strongest immune positive physical expression,followed by the fiber in the starch group, normal group, high fiber and low starch.PCNA positive immune liver cells in the control group was added as the growth of the age, the largest number in 82 d, positive liver cells in the treatment group and the damage of the liver is closely related, the strongest immune positive material expression of the normal group, the second is the low fiber high starch group, and high in fiber and low starch, starch in the fiber group.Through regulating diet fiber/starch, this study found that the changing diet fiber/starch,hepatocyte damage condition is different, the fiber/starch ratio between 1.4 and 1.9 the damage is lowest, and Leptin, Ghrelin in medium fiber/starch diet group were higher levels of secretion, partly positive cells around the necrotic focal distribution, the results also show that high starch PCNA trigger compensatory liver cell proliferation ability is abate, the diet ratio of NDF and starch in the dose of 1.9 for the liver energy metabolism is most appropriate...
