In this paper, based on the Binzhou city wheat maize rotation zone, using the form of experiment, the proven maize straw returning after comprehensive changes in organic matter, nutrient elements of soil structure, soil and as wheat to NPK large nutrient elements absorption and utilization of nutrient elements, determine the scientific ratio of straw returning later, study and formulate the optimum fertilizer application scheme of wheat maize straw returning after cultivation, integration and comprehensive technology, establish and improve a set of reduction of chemical fertilizers and high efficient cultivation technical system, scientific fertilizer application amount of operational research, provides technical support and theoretical basis for wheat cultivation and management conditions of maize straw under the Binzhou city. The practical test results:1, corn straw returned to field can effectively improve the physical and chemical properties of soil, enhance soil organic matter content in two years to improve 0.5g/kg, while content to increase soil alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus and potassium, improve the permeability of soil, increase soil porosity, reduce soil bulk density, to the formation of soil aggregate structure reasonable, improve the soil fertility level;2, under the condition of maize straw, increasing nitrogen fertilizer, is helpful to improve the straw decomposition rate, conducive to nitrogen phosphorus and potassium in straw and other trace element release, demand for wheat stubble on soil available nitrogen to meet, to avoid soil available nitrogen of straw decomposition process of shortage, increasing application of pure nitrogen the number of not more than 75 kg/ha;3, through the experiment, the application of chemical fertilizer can effectively improve the wheat population quality in a certain range. In the 4/3 nitrogen levels, conducive to the establishment of a dynamic structure is reasonable; the same phosphorus and potassium levels, leaf area index increased with the increase of the nitrogen fertilization, but above a certain level(4/3 level decreased nitrogen). Phosphorus and potassium also showed the same trend. Less than 2/3 phosphorus potassium levels is not conducive to the increase of leaf area;4, straw returning was helpful to the accumulation of dry matter of wheat in the same nitrogen level and above the ratio of fertilization, fertilization amount of nitrogen but should not be more than 4/3 of nitrogen level, should not be more than 2/3 ratio of P and K p and K levels; optimum ratio of fertilization of maize straw returning in high stress condition of pure N 300 kg/ha, P2O575 kg/ha, K2 O 37.5 kg/ha, compared with the traditional fertilization fertilizer saving more than 8%.5, fertilization fertilizer plots in the basic fertilizer 50% nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium fertilizer all the rest, nitrogen fertilizer in green turning stage and jointing stage was 30%, in 20%. The high fertilizer plots basic fertilizer 50% nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium in all, jointing stage and applied into the 50% nitrogen surplus; integration of maize straw returning wheat cultivation technology after optimization of fertilization.
