In the process of planting vegetables, Botrytis cinerea is one of the most serious fungal diseases. It spread fast, causing rot, having a great threat on production. Currently, the fungicide against Botrytis cinerea on the market is mainly procymidone, pyrimethanil, boscalid and other preparations. In recent years, Botrytis cinerea has been found in resistance to these fungicide, making the decreased of field efficacy, or even lost. In this study, health acute toxicity, environmental toxicity and efficacy were studied through toxicity test and formulation development, designed to develop a kind of pesticide mixture to improve efficacy on Botrytis cinerea, delaying resistance, reduce the use of pesticides costs.1)The toxicity of 2 fungicides and their mixtures were detemined on Botryits cinerea by measuing mycelial growth rate in laboratory. The results showed that, each fungicide had certain activity, among that the Azoxystrobin has an effective antimicrobial concentrations was 3.207mg/L, the Procymidone has an effective antimicrobial concentrations was 8.792mg/L. According to the result of isoboles, already confirms the best ratio to Azoxystrobin and Procymidone was 4:15. Further use of the co-toxicity coefficient method validation, defined that Azoxystrobin and Procymidone was 1:3.75 as the best ratio of development. The ratio of the total of tomato botrytis cinerea pers poison coefficient of 167.90.2)Through the screening of fillers and adjutants, determined the most effective prescription 6.4 percent Azoxystrobin TC, 24 percent Procymidone TC, 3 perent GTS-28, 3.5 percent YFS-12, 1.5 percent YFS-10, 1.5 percent YFS-10, 0.4 percent Sodium benzoate, 1.0 percent GTS-16, 0.32 percent Xanthan Gum, 5 percent Glycerol and fill until 100 percent with water. Trial production of 30.4 percent Azoxystrobin·Procymidone suspesion samples after suspending agent of various technical indicators to determine. All accord with the requirement of national pesticide suspension agent commodity pesticide.3) The hygiene toxicity of 30.4 percent Azoxystrobin·Procymidone SC in this research was tested by the test units with national legal capacity, the result showed that the sample had low toxicity on rats in both stomach and skin toxicity experiments, and the oral LD50 and dermal LD50 for rats in both sexes were larger than 5000 mg/kg and 2000 mg/kg,respectively, no allergic reaction to rabbit skin and slightly or moderately irritation to mucous membrane of eyes.4) The Environmental Biotechnology toxicity of 30.4 percent Azoxystrobin·Procymidone SC in this research was tested by the test units with national legal capacity, the result showed that the LC50 value to Apis mellifera L.at 48 h was larger than 200 a.i.mg/L,that the LD50 value to Coturnix coturnix japonica at 7d was larger than 500 a.i.mg/kg,that the LC50 value to Brachydanio rerio at 96 h was larger than 1.0 a.i.mg/L,but less than 10 a.i.mg/L, that the LC50 value to Bombyx moil at 96 h was larger than 200 a.i.mg/L.5) Field experiment of 30.4 percent Azoxystrobin·Procymidone SC showed that, when the concentration of 30.4 percent Azoxystrobin·Procymidone SC was diluted to 600-666, the effect on Botrytis cinerea was significantly better than the single dose of 250 g / L Azoxystrobin and 50 percent Procymidone, at the same time better than the effect of 50 percent boscalid.
