In this study the ozone aeration device designed for anaerobic sludge treatment, the first time to explore the shape and content of the role of the aeration characteristics of anaerobic sludge nitrogen and phosphorus through hydroponic greenhouse trials to lettuce and Tianjin Chuang City, Hebei activated sludge wastewater treatment plant aeration tank of the test material, the use of ozone aeration sludge pretreated wastewater sludge to determine the most appropriate dilution, the sludge would be reasonable to provide some scientific agricultural issues basis and practical guidance. For the subsequent efficient use of agriculture can provide theoretical and practical support. This main research contents and conclusion are as follows:(1) Different durations of ozone aeration remarkably affected the nitrogen content in different forms in wastewater system. With the increase of aeration time, sludge(liquid phase and gas phase) the total amount of nitrogen balance, sludge(liquid nitrogen) in the ozone aeration process in ammonia volatilization losses reached 12.7%. The reaction process of ozone aeration system did not reach significant level only between nitrite nitrogen and other indicators, in addition between the various forms of nitrogen had significant or extremely significant correlation.Specifically, the content of total nitrogen, Kjeldahl nitrogen, soluble Kjeldahl nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and particulate organic nitrogen showed significant decline trend with magnitudes of 12.79%, 24.03%, 1.70%, 32.75%,96.39% and 74.37%(P<0.05), respectively. By the contrary, the content of soluble total nitrogen, total organic nitrogen, particulate total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and dissolved organic nitrogen showed upward trend, which increased by 72%, 10.75%, 38.08%, 396.67% and 208.97% at the end of 50min(P<0.05), respectively.(2) Different durations of ozone aeration had remarkable impacts on the phosphorus content of different forms in anaerobic sludge. Specifically, the content of total soluble phosphorus, soluble inorganic phosphorus, total organic phosphorus, particulate organic phosphorus showed decline trend with magnitudes of 61.42%, 72.86%, 21.85%and 24.21% at the end of 50 min, respectively. By the contrary, the content of soluble organic phosphorus, total particulate phosphorus, showed upward trend, which increased by 120.90%, 8.57% at the end of 50 min, respectively. Particulate inorganic phosphorus increased by 84.14% at the end of 50 min. Meanwhile, loss of gasous phosphorus was also detected in the absorbing liquid with trace amount, only occupying 2.8% of total content. The total phosphorus content in the wastewater system basically unchanged.(3) After studying ozone aeration wastewater sludge affect nutrient solution prepared lettuce seedling quality. The results showed that: lettuce leaf mineral nutrient solution processing plant height, fresh weight, dry weight ratio of the number of leaf lettuce nutrient solution wastewater treatment plant height, fresh weight, dry weight has obvious advantages, there are significant differences. 2-fold diluted nutrient solution sludge wastewater configuration is conducive to improving the quality of hydroponic lettuce, chlorophyll, soluble sugar corresponding indicators lettuce, Vc content and inorganic nutrient solution treatment were significantly improved compared(P<0.05). The nitrate content was reduced obviously(P<0.05), 2-fold dilution of treated lettuce nitrate content than lettuce nitrate content of inorganic nutrient solution reduces 53.92%. Through this paper, a preliminary study suggested ozone aeration wastewater sludge formulated nutrient solution was diluted 2-fold called hydroponic lettuce appropriate nutritional needs and provide some scientific basis for the theory of Sludge.
