There is significant effect to improve wheat lodging resistance and anti-stress for Wheat dwarf breeding. So far, the studies on dwarf wheat are mostly focused on common white wheat, and have been deepded into the molecular level. However there were few studies on dwarf black grained wheat. Black knernel mainly include blue wheat,purple wheat, black-purple wheat, black wheat and so on. Black knernel wheat is taken seriously becouse of its rich iron, zinc and other trace elements. Black grained wheat is mainly used for nutritional health products processing and medical research, rarely used in agricultural breeding. Reasonable use of black grained wheat develop new germplasm, what would be great significance and value in improving yield and quality of wheat. Here,in this experiment, I made a series of investigations on agronomic traits among 98(7)-19 S lines, which is from space mutation of purple wheat "Qinhei No. 4" and I also identified the rection type of 98(7)-19 S lines to gibberellic acid. Finally, I preliminarily analyzed the characteristics of this new dwarf wheat lines’ phenotypic traits and the reaction type to gibberellic acid.The main research results are as follows:1. There are highly significant positive differences among four wheat lines and "Qinhei No. 4" in plant height, rachis internode length, the third to top intemode length, the second to top intemode length, the first to top intemode length and spike length; there are significant positive difference in flag leaf width between 98(7)-19S-1 and "Qinhei No. 4", and also in flag leaf length and width between 98(7)-19S-4 and "Qinhei No. 4". The results show that there are significant differences among 4 wheat lines and "Qinhei No. 4".There are significant positive differences in rachis internode length and spike length between 98(7)-19S-1 and 98(7)-19S-2 and in flag leaf width between 98(7)-19S-1 and 98(7)-19S-3 and in the number of main ear spikelet between 98(7)-19S-1 and 98(7)-19S-4.The results indicate that there are differences in part among 98(7)-19S-1, 98(7)-19S-2, 98(7)-19S-3 and 98(7)-19S-4. There are significant positive differences between 98(7)-19S-2 and 98(7)-19S-3 in rachis internode length and the third to top intemode length. There are significant positive differences between 98(7)-19S-3 and 98(7)-19S-4 in spike length and flag leaf width. The analyses show 98(7)-19S-4 has small differences compared with 98(7)-19S-2.2. The result shows that the correlations of the plant height and its related traits among various lines are different. For each lines, the traits which have the significant positive correlation with plant height are not the same, too.3. Analysis of Linear regression of plant height and its components show rachis internode makes the greater contribution for plant height among all wheat ines and the other plant height components which make the greater contribution for plant height vary with different wheat lines.4. The growth of 98(7)-19S-1 will be inhibited when the concentration of gibberellic acid reach certain point. The length of the first leaf and coleoptiles and seedling height decrease by 6.70%, 7.66% and 7.28% respectively compared with the control group. The phenomenon that GA3 inhibits the growth of wheat has never been seen except the experiment. The specific mechanism witch leads to its growth inhibited by gibberellic acid is needed to be further studied.
