Wheat yellow mosaic disease is a soil-borne disease. It carry and spread by Polymyxa graminis, seriously affecting wheat production. At present, the production of plant virus inhibitor mainly depend on chemical pathway. It is differ very far with green, safe, pollution-free requirements. The technology is relatively backward. The basic research is not deep enough. It is insufficient to the study and action mechanism of useful resources. The development and utilization still remain at a low level, lack of high level development. This experiment based on Bacillus amyloliquefaciens separated from the Qingling forest soil. The optimization of fermentation conditions were studied through the methods of measuring the content of bacteria. The optimum conditions were corn meal 20g/L, Soybean cake powder 5g/L, MgSO4 0.05%, MnSO4 0.05% initial pH 7.5, inoculation dosage 5%, reaction temperature 32℃, and the culture time of 72 hour.In order to explore the control efficacy of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens to wheat yellow mosaic disease, field efficacy trials and potted plants methods were used to research the control effect of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens on wheat yellow mosaic disease and the growth-promoting effect of it on wheat seedlings. The results showed that Bacillus amyloliquefaciens have better preventive effect and a certain therapeutic effect on wheat yellow mosaic disease, and prevention effect is better than treatment effect. The control effect of root pouring treatment was significantly higher than the spray, dressing treatment, and with the increase of concentration, the better control effect. When the root pouring was 2 000mg/L, the control effect was best, and prevention and treatment effect were respectively 84.55% and 62.58%.And Bacillus amyloliquefaciens has certain growth-promoting effect on wheat. When Bacillus amyloliquefaciens concentration was 1 200mg/L, the fresh weight gain maximum, increased by 52.76% than control. In short, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens could be a bioagent for control of wheat yellow mosaic disease. On the whole, the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens as a safe, green and biologically active substance, not only shows good control effect on WYMV, but also is safety to the human health and environment. It is in line with the trends of pesticides development, and has good value.
