The effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on the growth of Linum usitatissimum L and its resisitance to Fuasrium oxysporumhave been studied in this thesis. The main results has been showed as follow:Plant growth index and AMF infection rate were tested. And the results indicated that the biomass included plant height, root length, dry weight, wet weight of the Linum usitatissimum L. were improved by inoculating of AMF, and the content of chlorophyll also was increased. And the Fuasrium oxysporummorbidity has been declined at least 44.44%.(1) The activities of disease resistance-related enzymes and its changing dynamic of plant roots and leaves, including SOD, POD, PAL, PPO and (3-1,3 glucanase enzyme, were measured by spectrophotometer after inoculation of AMF in 3-11 days. The change trend of SOD, POD, PAL, PPO enzymes activitiy have been showed to raised in the earliest days, and the peak value occurred on the 7th day. after then declined during the 3-11 days after inoculation of Glomus intraradices. But the variation of β-1,3 glucanase was differ with the others, before the 7th day which showed the peak value, the β-1,3 glucanase activities was lower than that of no inoculation of AMF in the early stage of infecting pathogen, and it was higher than that of no inoculation of AMF after the 7th days.Several phenolic acid content in the roots and leaves of infection pathogen plants have been tested after inoculation of AMF in 3-11 days measured by LC-MS, the phenolic acids are consist of SA, JA, chlorogenic acid, p-hydroxy benzoic acid, quinic acid, caffeic acid and protocatechuic acid. The change trend of this disease resistance-related acid content in 3-11 days also showed raise at the earliest time and then declined, and the peak value occurred on the 7th day.
