The quality improvement was one of the important object for wheat breeding. Protein accounted for wheat grain weight 12%-14%.Wheat quality traits were mostly affected by the gluten-protein quantity and quality which usually consisted by glutenin and gliadin.Recently, studies reported both abroad and China showed that the HMW-GS was closely related to wheat processing quality.Due to test materials and research methods, many effects on quality of high molecular weight glutenin subunits remained controversial. The research group using 6 varieties as the recurrent parent, and the other 5 varieties as the donor parent have made many times of cross, backcross, self transfering into the 6 generation of near isogenic lines.Then through detecting HMW-GS by using SDS-PAGE method, obtained 41 near isogenic lines with stable agronomic traits materials in the genetic background of the beijing 411.This paper from single year of single point and multiple years of multiple points analysed the effects on wheat quality of different sites, different subunits on the same single locus and genotype and environment:1> This paper examined and analyzed the composition of HMW-GS by SDS-PAGE method. N and 1 subunits of 2 types had been detected at the Glu-Al locus.7+8,17+18 andl4+15 subunits of 3 types had been detected at the Glu-Bl locus. 5+10 and 2+12 subunits of 3 types had been detected at the Glu-Dl locus.N subunit on the Glu-Al loci which maked the least contribution on the quality has the highest occurrence rate.2, This paper analyzed the influence of unit point glutenin subunits of wheat quality through the determination of Mixograph properties and SDS sedimentation value quality traits in two aspects and concluded that:the effects of different HMW-GS loci on Glu-Al, Glu-Bl and Glu-Dl ranked as Glu-D1>Glu-B1>Glu-Al.3、This paper determinated two aspects of Mixograph properties and SDS sedimentation value quality traits on the 41 near isogenic lines harvested in five ecological conditions of 2012 Beijing、2012 Anhui、2012 Henan 2013 Anhui and 2013 Beijing.The results of analysising from single year of single point showed that:When it was 7+8 on Glu-B1 and 2+12 on Glu-Dl, the effects of N and 1 on Glu-A1 locus in SDS sedimentation value or mixing characteristics was 1>N;When it was N on Glu-A1 and 2+12 on Glu-D1,the effects of Glu-B1 locus 7+8 and 17+18 didn’t reach extremely significant level in SDS sedimentation value,but 7+8>17+18 in the flexibility; When it is N on Glu-Al and 7+8 on Glu-Bl,the Glu-D1 locus effects was 5+10>2+12 both in SDS sedimentation value or mixing characteristics;.4、The line of N,7+8,5+10 was not only associated with the biggest SDS but also the best Mixograph.5、Through analysising 4 types of HMW-GS genotypes,5 different ecologicalenvironments and 4 quality characters the results showed that:genotypic variance of the 4 quality characters reached extremely significant level, genotype environmentinteraction variance of SDS sedimentation value reached extremely significant level, environmental variance of the angle of rising curve and declining curve reached extremely significant level.Genotypic variance of the 4 quality characters were larger than the environmental variance and the genotype environmentinteraction variance.
