In recent years, with our country agriculture arable land shrinking, frequent natural disasters and other issues, the traditional mode of agricultural production has been unable to meet this growing demand for improved agricultural products, in this context, It is inevitable choice that increasing agricultural research facilities and investment to solve the plight of China’s current production of agricultural Therefore, the paper selected the largest number of tillage of facilities agricultural equipment as a breakthrough in order to optimization facilities agricultural production, research and analysis selection system and allocation methods of facilities agriculture fit on Jiangsu Province’s agricultural tillage equipment, basing on Jiangsu province typical agricultural park,Nanjing linda Modern Agricultural Ecological Park.Through extensive literature research, the current selection methods can be summarized as the expert experience method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the value engineering evaluation method, computer model algorithm and comparison. Based on this study, this paper combination fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and experts empirical methods to establish selection system, to stability of topsoil depth, pulverizer rate, flatness, productivity, machine prices, unit fuel consumption, applicability, validity, MTBF, specific indicators and safety signs as an evaluation factor, comprehensive evaluation of XiangBaolGQN-125, LianFalGQNT-135, Chun Xiang 1GQN-140 and JinMalGQN-125 four models of rotary tiller. Obtained data for each indicator by analyzing test, and bring test data into the test system of the selection operator, finally get the overall performance score for each model, research report shows that evaluation of the test results consistent with the user, so that the selection system is feasible.This paper choose the work tools of facility pepper cultivation process carried out optimized allocation, the early crop cultivation research analysis show that the degree of agricultural mechanization of facilities operating in Jiangsu Province is not high, many process mainly manually done, in this context, this.paper choose tillage, ditching, transplanting and management of four aspects of work tools to optimize allocation during vegetable cultivation, mechanization is relatively high degree in these parts, using current more mature the method of linear programming to establish the optimization model, establish constraint equations base on the limit of job assignments and number of equipment, establish target equation base on minimum operating cost, using EXCEL software Solver module in computing equation.Seen by comparing before and after optimization of the number of machines and operating costs, this method have a better optimization result, reducing significantly operating costs, in operating costs under the premise of timely completing production tasks, achieve the target of cost-saving and improve efficient about vegetable cultivation in park.
