In this study we constructed using 160 F5:7 derived RILs from the four way cross(Kenfeng14×Kenfeng15)×(Kenfeng19×Heihe48). From 2013 to 2014, Phenotypic value of important agronomic trait of 160 individuals was tested, which included pod number per plant, seed number per plant, seed weight per plant, 100-seed weight. Four yield related traits in a single marker analysis, aim at the soybean yield related traits of important QTL, analysis of QTL genetic effect, for soybean molecular design breeding to lay the theoretical and technical support.The main research results are as follows:1 In 2013 and 2014, 130 yield-related traits QTL were located under four environment contain Harbin and Keshan. The results are as follows: the number of 100 seed-weight QTL, pod number per plant QTL, seed number per plant QTL and seed weight per plant QTL is 48, 24, 12 and 46 respectively was detected respectively, and they distribute in 10 chromosomes of A2, C1, C2, D1 b, F, K, J, N, L and G, which belong to the 20 linkage of soybean. The inheritability ratio is 0.46%-8.75%,1.04%-11.62%,1.94%-3.33%,1.25%-8.25% respectively.2 In this study we found the Excellent alleles of pod number per plant were Satt281(Q2Q2), BARCSOYSSR090183(Q1Q1), BARCSOYSSR020849(Q2Q2), Sat173(Q1Q1), BARCS-OYSSR020607(Q1Q1), BARCSOYSSR10444(Q3Q3), Satt125(Q2Q2),and the excellent alleles of seed number per plant were AI856415(Q1Q1), BARCSOYSSR170160(Q2Q2), Satt688(Q1Q1), Satt529(Q1Q1), BARCSOYSSR090183(Q1Q1), BARCSOYSSR10 1444(Q1Q1), the excellent alleles of 100-seed weight were Satt281(Q1Q1), Satt173(Q3Q3), BARCSOYSSR160566(Q1Q1), BARCSOYSSR190451(Q2Q2), Sat304(Q1Q1), Sat173(Q3Q3), the excellent alleles of weight per plant were BARCSOYSSR050513(Q1Q1), BARCSOYSSR031620(Q2Q2), BARCSOYSSR090183(Q1Q1), BARCSOYSSR02 0607(Q1Q1), BARCSOYSSR060011(Q1Q1), Sat367(Q4Q4), Satt338(Q1Q1), BARCSO-YSSR170610(Q2Q2).3 There are two sites control the four characters at the same time : AI856415, BARCSOYSSR080966; and There are four sites control the three characters at the same time, respectively Sat173, Satt281, BARCSOYSSR171633 and BARCSOYSSR110442; There are fifteen sites control the two characters at the same time, BARCSOYSSR090849, BARCSOYSSR101444, BARCSOYSSR090183, BARCSOYSSR020607, Sat153, Sat264, Satt193, Satt268, Satt462, Satt547, BARCSOYSSR190451, BARCSOYSSR051017,Satt292, Sat313, Satt193.
