With the continuous development of biogas industry in China, the treatment and utilization of biogas slurry and biogas residue become the urgent problems eager to face and solve for people. Experiments show that biogas slurry renewal is high quality organic fertilizer and biological pesticide, but due to the lack of domestic liquid marsh fertilizer mechanized fertilization techniques and equipment in internal market. At present, the existing machines only stay in the stage of the function realization, and no formed research plans and the research methods are found.The item comes from "Twelfth Five Year" national scientific and technological support project “Wet and dry coupling fermentation gas, heat, electricity cogeneration technology integration and demonstration in the cold regions”(Item number:2011BAD15B04)The purpose of this study aims to design a tank system for storing marsh fertilizer and safe transportation, meanwhile, design a one-piece pneumatic suction system to realize the suction of marsh fertilizer and uniform emission in the function, providing feasible theoretical support and technical model for developing marsh fertilizer transportation vehicles which combine collection, transportation and uniformity of fertilizing functions.Based on the research route of comprehensive system, following the principle of combination the theoretical analysis and the virtual software simulation, the paper does in-depth and systematic study on the tank of marsh fertilizer transportation car and absorption and emission system.(1)Through the theoretical analysis to ensure the design parameters of the tank system and model selection design of the core components, use CATIA software to build the 3d model of the virtual prototype, use VOF model of multiphase flow in the fluid software FLUENT to make sloshing analysis and numerical simulation with marsh fertilizer shaking in tank wobble with different filling material than while transportation vehicle emergency is braking,use CATIA finite element analysis module for engineering analysis of storage tank system, according to the calculation results adjustment tank system to adjust the design of the storage tank system and optimize its structure. Define the geometry size and experiment parameter of tank model using dimensional analysis method of similar theory, when the parameters design finished, we carry on the prototypical tank trial manufacturing. Afterwards, to use the high-speed camera to shoot biogas flow state in different filling ratio of the tank and the same time using high-frequency dynamic response of the pressure sensor to test former wave proof plate back the peak’s test points. In the experiment, it is calculated that the ratio of attack from the peak surface of front washboard and the numerical simulation result in prototype is nearly 1:64, which means that the experiment result can be applied on prototype.(2)Design a one-piece pneumatic suction system to realize the suction of marsh fertilizer and uniform in the function. Use the knowledge of fluid mechanics to make theoretical calculation for the suction and emission of the marsh fertilizer, get the vacuum in storage tank in suction task time and the pressure of the fertilizer outlet in uniform emission time. According to theoretical analysis, we get the total gas consumption of material storage tank during the progress of uniform emission and the largest gas consumption per unit time. According to the gas consumption of material storage tank in the process of fertilization, we make sure of the selection and design of other core spare parts in the vacuum pumps and in the pneumatic suction emission system.(3)In view of the marsh fertilizer transportation vehicle in the process of fertilization in the field, due to the fertilizer inlet pressure is not stable, results in uneven fertilizing. Design uniformity of fertilization control system with PLC as the control unit and with solenoid valve as execution parts. Gas-liquid two phase transition pressure fertilization control system hardware design including the allocation of resources of PLC, A/D input output module, proportional valve and the sensor model selection. Software parts use GX Developer to write the control programs of uniformity fertilization system, use GX Simulator to the simulation and debugging for the control program, and according to the results of debugging to make optimization for the program.Research results show that the design of the storage tank system can effectively solve the storage of marsh fertilizer and transportation safety, a high degree of automation of one-piece pneumatic suction emission system can be convenient to marsh fertilizer suction and emission wok. Based on PLC gas-liquid two phase transition pressure fertilization control system precisely controls the pressure mobility in fertilizer outlet of storage tank to achieve the requirements of uniformity fertilization.
