This article study the chilling requirement, the photosynthetic characteristics, increasing the fruit setting percentage and the of facility environmental control technology of apricot in greenhouse. According to the results of years of researches on apricot cultivation in greenhouse, techniques of develop supporting facilities culture were summed up, and aimed at resolving the regulation of temperature rise after canopy-covered, lighting conditions, air composition and other key and difficult technical problems in apricot cultivation in greenhouse, and a scientific basis was provided for the high yield and efficient in apricot cultivation in greenhouse. The main results are as follows:1. Research on apricot chilling requirementWe used the hydroponics and pot experiment facility on apricot blossom branches, and obtained the ending time of dormancy in different varieties of apricot, on this basis, according to 0 ℃-7.2 ℃ accumulated temperature model combined with local weather data, measure out different varieties of apricot chilling requirement for 860 hours-1100 hours. This provides a scientific basis for advantageous to determine the appropriate canopy-covered heating time in greenhouse in different regions.2. Research on apricot photosynthetic characteristicsPhotosynthetic characteristics of apricot cultivation in greenhouse were scientific and systematically studied. Daily variations were measured under the conditions in greenhouse, and the application correlation analysis results are the dominant factors affecting photosynthesis and stomata conductance and transpiration rate, a measure of light and CO2 saturation point, compensation point of different varieties of apricot for apricot environmental control facilities provide a scientific and rational basis.3. Research on increasing the Apricot fruit setting percentage in greenhouseWe colleted the bell flowers of seven apricot varieties which has shortly development period and has been into the flourishing as test materials. The results showed that the pollen which collected right away with the best pollination activity. If the pollen needed storage, should be stored at ambient 15 ℃-25 ℃, and the time could not be too long. The use of bees for pollination in greenhouse could save time and efficient economy, and could be extended in production. Temperature range of flowering time were defined in the range of 6 ℃-16 ℃, and should not exceed 18 ℃. Majority of the domestic varieties of apricot flowers are almost self infertility, such as Katy, the abroad variety, have a certain rate of self-pollinated, but cross-pollination could improve heterosis, therefore, when the construction of apricot must match the tree for pollination which have the consistent flowering season.4. Development of high efficiency and high yield cultivation techniques regulations of apricot cultivation in greenhouseHigh efficiency and high yield cultivation techniques regulations of apricot cultivation in greenhouse were summarized and developed,, the main contents included field selection, facility construction, apricot orchard construction and management, facilities environmental control and pest-disease control. This study showed a scientific, comprehensive, workable, practical content, and easy to promote the use in the production.
