Terrestrial ecosystem is a huge carbon pool, global change such as environmental degradation and greenhouse effect all more or less connected with global carbon cycle. Agricultural development is the key to the progress for both the nation and people’s livelihood, under the policy of green and low carbon economy development all over the world, study changes of farmland’s ecosystem carbon sinks has great importance to maintain carbon balance of ecological system, realize carbon neutral, and scientifically programming to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, realize the low carbon economy development of modern agriculture.This paper emphatically from analysis of farmland’s ecosystem carbon sink model, with the support of remote sensing technology, take the wheat field of Yanzhou city which has project cooperation as experimental verification, based on actual data and set up corresponding wheat field carbon sink visualization system. Mainly consist two parts as following:Firstly, on the basis of literature collecting and organizing, fully analysis the advantages and related technical support that remote sensing technology can bring to this research, by the data collected from partial experimental spot’s remote sensing combining with actual sampling measurement, determine the collection of basic factors that affect the carbon sink in wheat field, which includes meteorological factors, vegetation, soil, and human management factors.etc. After that, by comparative analysis of relevant principle and parameter Settings of the model which is commonly used both at home and abroad such as the DNDC model, the CENTURY model, the RothC model as well as the Soil- C model. And select the reasonable DNDC model which has more advantage to experimental area as wheat field carbon sink model for this research.Secondly, on the basis of model established, according to relevant data collected from actual experimental spot by sampling measurement, determine the effective parameters values which will input the model, conduct simulation on wheat field carbon sink model of Yanzhou city, eventually get 11.9 which close to 11.7. Then, select the appropriate JavaScript as programming language, select Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 as programming tool, develop the wheat field carbon sink visualization system of Yanzhou city, completed the realization of functions such as basic operation for research area’s online map, edit’s note, information query and statistical analysis, etc.
