With the speeding up of the pace of economic development and social progress, people demand for water and soil resources is growing, the researchers had made significant achievements in the study of the estimation model of soil erosion and soil erosion process. However, the study of the visualization expression of soil erosion process is still relatively weak. Along with the development of computer technology, image processing technology and the virtual reality technology, the study of combining slope surface erosion modeling with virtual reality to build the soil erosion model has been closely watched. Especial, sediment yield process, development rule and the surface morphological development process has become a hotspot in the field of soil science and the frontier problem. In view of this, this study carried out the dynamic visualization of the process of soil erosion research and development of soil erosion estimation and visualization system, realizes the estimation of soil erosion and slope soil erosion process visualization by computer graphics, Geographic Information System and other technical means. We solve the soil erosion scene modeling, rainfall simulation and the process visualization of slope soil erosion and other important technologies. This paper is to estimate soil erosion and soil erosion process dynamic visualization, to provide certain theoretical basis on explaining the slope soil erosion process. The work and achievements are summarized as below:(1) Firstly, this paper revieied of the current soil erosion estimation model research, the process of slope soil erosion, the visualization of slope soil erosion. Analyzed the characteristics of each algorithm of estimating soil erosion intensity, and selected a suitable model for the region. Expounded the simulation of slope soil erosion process, and build digital terrain model, rainfall erosion scene visualization simulation technology and so on.(2) Soil erosion estimation based on USLE. In independent research and development of virtual forest scene visualization system on the impact factors of soil erosion of integrated USLE VisForest data processing method, has realized the slope, slope to extract, precipitation data of space using the algorithm of kriging interpolation, and then use spatial overlay analysis and USLE model to estimate soil erosion.(3) The visualization of slope soil erosion.
