Ranch staff read milk data through milk bottle is not only an extremely tedious work, but also the potential errors and real-time is not high in the large-scale breeding ranch, This paper proposes a new type of infrared technology to design a bottle of milk measure in order to solve the above problems。This paper introduce the milk bottle overall scheme design、milk yield data acquisition terminal hardware circuits、low-power wireless RF module nRF24L01、 and the application of the GPRS wireless communication network、RS485 serial port communication, software programming and the amount of milk collection of data receiving and display. The milk yield data acquisition terminal, we adopted the new non contact infrared tube technology, collection terminal comprises an infrared emission module and an infrared receiving module, infrared emission module using IR26-51B/L110/TR8, infrared receiver module using PT26-51B/TR8 receiver, 74LS165 chip through the infrared signal from the PC port output is processed and sent to the Atmega8 single chip microcomputer. RFID technology uses cow label upload work, in this technology through the nRF24L01 wireless RF module 2.4GHz low power connection will store the label information wireless transmission and the cow. Select the GPRS network in wireless communication, through the AT commands to control the GPRS module to milk upload the data to the host computer and storage. We program mainly to write the serial communication, the cow label upload, raw milk, milk liquid level measurement, wireless transmission and other related procedures in the aspect of software.Laboratory test show that the development of the milk bottle can accurately get the milk, and has the advantages of simple operation, can meet the demand of large-scale ranch milk collection, development foreground is very good.
