Effect Of Acidic Soil Conditioner On The Inorganic Phosphorus Transformation Of The Calcareous Soil

The experiments,in the way of the constant temperature incubation and the pot test,explores the influence of substances like monosodium glutamate raffinate(MSG raffinate) to the characters of inorganic phosphors and organophosphates and soil pH value on the northern calcareous soil,on the other hand,try to find the chemical behavior of the P fertilizer applied in the soil and the effect of plant growth.The experiments aim to provide theory and technique support for the application of assessmentand amount of MSG raffinate. Here are the main conclusions.1. MSG reduce soil value,active inogganic phosphorus of the soil.For the moisture soil,pH values are decreased by 0.88 and 1.21 units;Olsen-P,Ca2-P,Al-P and Fe-P are increased by 70%~120%,155%~288%,29%~42%,6%~10%.The analysis of correlation and regression showed that,in the case of application of MSG,Ca2-P and Fe-P were the main content of Olsen-P in the calcareous soil. For the cinnamon soil,the pH value of 5 different fertilizer treatments(0.1%,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%)are decreased by 1.10~2.39 units;The Olsen-P is increased by 0.23%~14.86%.There is a close relationship between the activity of acid phosphatase and Olsen-P.2. MSG reduces the future fix of fertilizer P. For the moisture soil,compared with only fertilizer P,the fixed amount of Olsen-P reduces 50.9%~56.2%;the fixed amount of Ca2-P reduce 30.9%~ 32.2%;Al-P of only fertilizer P treatment is decreased by 15.7%,while the Al-P of the treatment of the mixture of fertilizer P with MSG is increased by 10.6% ~ 14%;the fixed amount of Fe-P reduce 3.7%~ 9.5%.3. The test in the northern calcareous cinnamon soil,under the same level of MSG raffinate,the results shows that:the pH value and soil Olsen-P content have the same variation with the calcareous cinnamon soil culture experiment,after the experiment,comparing with CK,pH values is decreased by 1.10~2.39 units respectively,meanwhile,the amounts of Olsen-P is increased by 5.46%~37.30%;In the concentration of 0.1% and 0.2%,comparing with the one in other conditions,stem height,stem diameter,biomass of above and below ground,and SPAD value are in the maximum. But the index values decline as constant growth of raffinate.MSG raffinate can activates the soil inorganic phosphorus,reduces the soil p H value,improves the amountt of soil Olsen-P,with the dosage increasing,the soil Olsen-P content increases,pH value decreases.But in practice,considering the status of plant growth,when the application amount of MSG raffinate is 0.1% or 0.2%,for the cinnamon soil,which is the most conducive to the growth and development of plants.
