| In order to explor a new method of improving the vegetable yield, quality and fertilizer use efficiency, reduce the fertilizer, this article was to study the impact of water-soluble organic fertilizer combined application with inorganic fertilizer application in the form of spraying on the leaf and root on yield, nutrient absorption and economic of cabbage and do some first exploration on its efficient mechanism. Main conclusions were as follows:1. Water soluble organic fertilizer combined application with inorganic fertilizer can improve the production and package rate of vegetables. When water soluble organic fertilizer combined application with inorganic fertilizer in the form of spraying on the leaf or root, the production of cabbage increased by 18.8% and 23.5% respectively and the package rate increased by 4.7% and 4.7% respectively, both improved significantly. When water soluble organic fertilizer combined application with organic fertilizer in the form of spraying on the leaf or root cabbage yield, package rate has increased, but the effect is not significant.2. Water soluble organic fertilizer combined application with inorganic fertilizer can improve the quality of vegetables. When fertilizered inorganic fertilizer singlely, Chinese cabbage nitrate content was obviously improved by 52.8% compared no fertilizer; When water soluble organic fertilizer combined application with inorganic fertilizer in the form of spraying on the root, the nitrate content decreased 14.2% significantly, compared with fertilizering inorganic fertilizer singlely; and Vc content improved by 9.5, but the result is not significantly.This show that water soluble organic fertilizer combined application with inorganic fertilizer can relieve the negative effect of excess use of inorganic fertilizer on on the quality of vegetables.3. Water soluble organic fertilizer combined application with inorganic fertilizer can improve the utilization efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer significantly. When fertilizered inorganic fertilizer singlely, use efficiency of nitrogen is low. When water soluble organic fertilizer combined application with inorganic fertilizer in the form of spraying on the root, fertilizer use efficiency of Chinese cabbage was improved by18.6%,significantly.4.Water soluble organic fertilizer can improve the economic benefits of vegetables.When water soluble organic fertilizer combined application with inorganic fertilizer in the form of spraying on the root, input-output ratio of organic water soluble fertilizer as high as 16.6 in Chinese cabbage, and as high as 12.4 in cabbage.5. Water soluble organic fertilizer combined application with inorganic fertilizer canease the negative effects on the soil acidification when inorganic fertilizer applying too much. When fertilizered inorganic fertilizer singlely, the p H in soil of vegetables was 5.86,decreased significantly by 0.76. When water soluble organic fertilizer combined application with inorganic fertilizer, the p H improved by 0.17 compared with inorganic-fertilizer fertilizered singly.6. Appropriate concentration of water soluble organic fertilizer can improve seed germination rate under the condition of low temperature. When at low temperature of 20℃, soaked rice seed with diluted 2000 times of water-soluble organic manure for 12 hours, the germination rate of rice seed was 81.0%, increased by 3.0% relative to the control group. Under the condition of relatively high temperature, the influence of water soluble organic fertilizer on rice seed germination was not significant. |
