Near-infrared quantum dots, emission wavelengths of 650-900 nm, possess dual characteristics of near-infrared window and quantum dots. Owing to the low background of near-infrared window and the simple and controllable operation and high sensitivity of electrochemiluminescence(ECL) technology, near-infrared ECL technology inherits the advantages of the both two and provides a new avenue to bioanalysis.According to the near-infrared ECL, two new near-infrared biosensors were successfully constructed for the detection of different swine. In this thesis, we explored the ECL behavior of near-infrared quantum dots in hydrogen peroxide. The details are as follows:(1) Firstly, Cd Te/Cd S near-infrared quantum dots were synthesized and characterized by UV, fluorescence, transmission electron microscopy(TEM). We explored its ECL behavior in hydrogen peroxide. The results showed the near-infrared quantum dots Cd Te/Cd S had highest ECL intensity when the scan rate was 0.3 V/s at a potential window of-1.4~0 V in phosphate buffer solution(PBS, p H = 7.4). According to the results, we successfully constructed a new system for hydrogen peroxide detection;(2) Secondly, due to the good conductivity and enzyme-like activity, dual signal amplification strategy was implemented by using the carbon nanotubes and Au/Pt-Au nanotubes. Next, the “antigen-antibody” recognition model was adopted to build ECL immunosensor for the detection of porcine circovirus(PCV) antibodies. The method behaved a linear range of 1×10-4~1×10-6 g/m L, and the detection limit is1.15×10-7 g/m L;(3) Thirdly, the conjugation of the Au/Pt Au nanotubes and antibody was realized via the “host-guest recognition” interaction of cyclodextrin and amantadine. As a result, we developed a sensor for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) detection based on the Cd Te/Cd S near-infrared quantum dots and Au/Pt Au bimetallic nanotubes with high sensitivity and selectivity, The linear range is 1×10-3~1×10-6(dilution ratio), and the detection limit is 5.68×10-7(dilution ratio).
