Soil erosion is serious in our country, amounts to 5 billion tons every year. Especially the north of the loess plateau, Pisha sandstone concentrated distribute here. Because of the Water erosion, Wind erosion and Gravity erosion, this area has the most serious situation of soil erosion, ecosystem here is extremely fragile. Moreover, this area obtain the title of "the cancer of earth’s environment ". And the region will transport a large number of sediment into the Yellow River every year, including 100billion coarse sand, which is the most important reason lead to the deposition of river channels which belongs to the Yellow River downstream. So, to strengthen the management of the Pisha sandstone has the very vital significance to strengthening soil and water conservation, protect the precious land resources, reduce sediment into the Yellow River, restore the local ecological system and promote the implementation of the strategy of sustainable developmentPisha sandstone distribution range is wide, amount 16.7 thousand km2. Among them the largest Pisha sandstone areas located in Inner Mongolia ZhunGeErQi that covers an area of 5565.23km2, which take up 30% of the whole Pisha sandstone distribution area. The paper regard ZhunGeErQi Pisha sandstone areas as an example, on the basis of the study of the properties of Pisha sandstone, combined with the local topography and geomorphology, natural environment, climate and other conditions, analyzed every factors that cause Pisha sandstone are susceptible to erosion. Moreover the paper analyzed the W-OH organic composite curing materials of all kinds of performance which has the very good erosion resistance and durability. Besides, this materials is environment friendly, its natural degradation products do not have any toxic to the environment, has the very good water retention, which can provide the conditions for plant growth and development. As it has a very good solid soil, sand-fixation effect, Plus plant ecological curing, can be thought of as Pisha sandstone governance ideal cover material. In combination with the groundbreaking research of W-OH organic composite curing materials in the governance of desertification, the author analyze and summer the ecological management thinking of W-OH material in Pisha sandstone areas. He divided the management of Pisha sandstone into two stages. The first stage is Pisha sandstone curing stage. Through the plants to grow and spraying of W-OH organic composite curing materials make the chemical curing and biological curing both which can reduce the soil erosion caused by Water erosion, wind erosion. That will provide important safeguards to soil and water conservation work in Pisha sandstone areas. The second stage is ecological restoration stage. With plants grow in large area, they will improve and repair the local ecological environment step by step, make its ecosystem increases gradually and repair itself that will provide a environment for the sustainable development of the Pisha sandstone areas. The author also discusses the application of W-OH material construction technological process and points for attention of Pisha sandstone, which supply reference for W-OH organic composite curing materials in popularization and application of the Pisha sandstone areas.
