In recent decades, in order to increase rice production, more and more people to increase fertilizer inputs, especially nitrogen fertilizer. Nitrogen fertilizer in rice production continues to increase, has caused serious environmental pollution and the waste of resources.It is that we at the expense of energy consumption and pollution of the environment to increase the nitrogen fertilizer input for increase the rice production. The results not only improve the cost of rice production, but also lead to serious water pollution damage to the ecological balance, hindering sustainable rice production. Irrational method of nitrogen fertilizer exacerbated the waste of nitrogen fertilizer and contaminated of soil and water. To this end, my test chosen to the type of multiple spike Songjing 6 which is planted in cold areas and late-yielding varieties,another is type of heavy panicle super rice Songjing 9 which is late maturity.,I comparative analysis of rice yield components, tillering gene expression characteristics, dynamics of rice root morphology and vigor, stalk lodging resistance traits in unified amount of nitrogen but different fertilization conditions method. My test aimed at clarifying the relationship between nitrogen fertilizer application methods and many traits above, for the establishment of reduced nitrogen fertilizer in efficient and high yield of rice in cold, and purpose to provide a theoretical basis for friendly environmentally cultivation techniques. The results show that:The high ratio nitrogen in early or late is propitious to improve the yield of rice. The early to late is 3:2 is the best proportion,no mater for the conduction of the tillering and biomass accumulation or a high degree of filling to the panicle. There is more tillerging fertilizer is good to the rice of heavy panicle type. There is more nitrogen fertilizer in late is good to the rice of pancile number type. But there is different reaction about the different rice varieties and different fertilizer methods on the yield component.the Songjing 6 have more affected on spike number of per plant,and Songjing 9 have more affected on 1000 grain weight about the nitrogen fertilizer. The two varieties of common affected on nitrogen fertilizer is the spike number of per plant.The mRNA expression of related genes in the tillering process tiller substantially single peak curve trends. OsTB1 is a gene which is promoting synthetic the strigolactone. That gene express highest in June 20 th an 25 th, and this also happens in the effective tillering to the invalid tillering period. Semi quantitative fertilization between different results show that different fertilization impact of different part of tillering gene expression. High fertilizer will improve the expression of the gene OsD3 which is promote tillering.Appropriate to reduce the nitrogen fertilizer in early and increase the fertilizer in late will make rice root developed and make it has more low root. It means the rice root system distribution state is better. Differneg fertilization treatments has different bleeding sap and different average single stem bleeding sap. Rice yield is based on the total bleeding sap. There is significant positive correlation between the bleeding sap and grain number per spike,seed setting rate.The first internode stem length is affected by the nitrogen fertilization in the early growth stage of rice, and the second internode stem length is affected by the nitrogen fertilization in the late of growth stage. All fertilization tteatments had significant affect on the first internode stem diameter, but there is no affected on the second internode. There were significant effect between four kinds of gertilization methods and the rice internodal stem bending force. Rice stem bending stress is effected by nitrogen fertilizer. It will promote the nitrogen containing in rice stem if we use huge of nitrogen fertilizater.The yield components of rice and other lodging properties superior to other processing performance when the nitrogen fetilizer ratio of before and late is 3:2.
