Utilize ACE closed-automatic monitoring of soil meter through soil respiration under slope bottom,middle slope and slope crest of Salix and bare sandy Qubqi Desert were dynamic soil respiration 24h change monitoring in 2014 April, July and October. And soil organic carbon,bulk density, total N and soil available N, P, K were measured by 3 times. Research the dynamic changes of day and season soil respiration of Qubqi Desert Salix in different slope positions.As well as environmental factors affect the soil respiration and the spatial and temporal variation of soil organic carbon contentResearch on this article obtains main conclusion as follow:(1)The soil respiration rate daily dynamic changes of Salix and bare sandy each slope position 24h overall unimodal curve. The peaking is at 14:00-16:00;the daily soil respiration dynamic changes of 6 slope position overall performance is for middle slope of Salix>slope bottom of Salix>slope crest of Salix>middle slope of bare sandyt>slope bottom of bare sandy>slope crest of bare sandy; Salix seasonal variations showed July>April>October, bare sand is manifested in July>October>April.(2)The soil respiration and soil temperature performance of Salix and bare sandy is positive correlation, when the soil temperature rises,the soil respiration is promoted. Qio and soil temperature of the Salix are negatively related, which is variation range between 1.645-1.939,and significantly higher than the bare sand (1.230-1.589).The soil respiration and soil moisture is negatively correlated,and the soil moisture content suppress the soil respiration rate.(3)The soil organic carbon content of Salix and bare sandy slope position which in the different depths (0-10cm,10-20cm,20-40cm) is performance for middle slope of Salix>slope bottom of Salix>slope crest of Salix>middle slope of bare sandyt>slope bottom of bare sandy>slope crest of bare sandy.The soil organic carbon content of each slope position has obvious seasonal trends.At time goes the soil organic carbon content increased significantly, and with the soil bulk density, total N, available N, P, K and other indicators have good correlation.(4)Through the soil respiration and soil organic carbon equation fitting, soil respiration rate can be explained by 68.41%-82.02% variation of soil organic carbon content.The soil temperature, soil moisture, soil organic carbon and total N are the main factor which affecting the soil respiration of Salix and bare sandy.
